  1. Hi HM,

Been using jade roller for a while and love it! Was wondering, have you heard or friend the Nurse Jaime Roller? They said it has “24 massaging stones containing tourmaline quartz”. I think they’re refering to back tourmaline. But they also say containing so it makes me wonder if they mix it with other stuff.

I have heard of that Nurse Jaime Roller, Soleil but haven’t tried it simply b/c I understand the science behind what tourmaline can do and I’m not quite seeing how those properties could benefit the skin in the way they claim that roller can. But I’d have to try it out for myself to know that for sure. Yeah, the weird description makes me a bit wary of it.

      1. Hi there I have the nurse Jamie roller and it actually works like the jade and rose rollers . I also have a jade roller. Nurse Jamie’s is a smooth metal and tourmaline so it stays cold . The jade stays cool and I put in fridge. I alternate . I love them both 🙂

    2. Thank you for this info.I have jade and rose.Sorry for short comment but I have stroke 8 days ago. Truly enjoy listening to you

  2. I have not used a crystal roller but this blog post hasmade me decide to get one. I am so passionate about my crystals and I can’t wait to get one of these added to my collection. What other types do they have besides rose quartz and Jade?

      1. I have an online store and stock both the Amethyst and the Rose Quartz. I have used the rollers for a while and love them. I use them with my serums at night. I use both the Amethyst and Rose Quartz and follow my intuition as to which I use and when!! I believe that you should always trust your intuition. 🙂

  3. Thank you for sharing all this wonderful information about the jade and rose quartz rollers, and the oils that work well with them.
Sometimes I place my bottles of oils or jars of cremes on large pieces of rose quartz or amethyst stones to add a bit more energy to them.

Also, I enjoyed your meditation for new beginnings in your previous video, thank you.

  4. Hi HM,

I was using a jade qua sha tool with argan oil, but when I saw your vlog I started using a rose quartz roller and organic rosehip oil and wow had my skin thanked me, I also started using Heritage store Rosewater. It has Vortexed and magnetized water to raise the energy to a higher vibration. Thank you for the video. I would love to see more gem water recipe videos.

    Thank you. Kim

Oh, Kim. So happy you love it too, Crystal Si-STAR! Yep, I use that Rosewater too. Such good stuff. When you say “gem water recipe videos”, do you mean food recipes, like teas, smoothies, etc? Thanks for the input! 🙂

      1. Hibiscus, I am wanting to know what stones/crystals are good to but in water for drinking . I use only stones from the quartz family, but I am not sure what combination are good to use.

        Thank you.
