Why Drink Shungite Water?

Items Needed to Make Your Shungite Water
- 1 preferably tumbled well-washed Noble/Elite Shungite (about the diameter of a quarter) – if you can’t find tumbled you can go with natural, just be careful that it doesn’t break off into little pieces
- 1 glass or glass jar
- drinkable water (preferably free of added toxic chlorine or fluoride)
- a straw is a good idea (as expressed in the video) but not necessary

Leacy, so little pieces and shards don’t easily break off. 😉
I got my hands on some elite shungite yesterday and I keep wanting more shungite water. The bubbles were a clear sign (to me, at least) that it works.

I have used shungite water often. I find if I get up feeling a bit off a cup of it seems to get things aligned and going.

So excited to see this post! I have been searching for info on Shungite water the last couple of days. I know Shungite is great to have around your electronics to shield from EMFs. Would the Shungite water aid in a similar way? I work in an office setting surrounded by electronics so hoping to shield myself as much as possible. Thanks!!

I just ordered 3 small bags of noble elite shungite. I read that you need to replace them periodically. What should I do with the ones used? Throw them out? I am excited to make my shungite water, just curious as to how many pieces I need to use for lets say a pitcher? Thanks Hibiscus ???? ????
I don’t find that I’ve ever needed to replace mine, Margie. Do you have a source to share for that info? I’d pop 3 pieces of shungite in for a pitcher.

I’ve read this too, bit I feel its misinformation. Where I work, we tell customers elite shungite is good for a lifetime. Afterall, they have been doing their job for aeons in nature. We need to be good stewards and keep them clean and charged. If for some reason you do need to replace then, say they chipped away to nothing, plant them in the ground. Let Mama Gaia cleanse and take care of it, so it can in turn clean the energy in that space.

How long must I leave the Shungite in the water before I can drink it? Must I recharge the Shungite after every glass of water?

Does it have to be noble? Can I use regular shungite while I can find noble?
Mayra, you need to be very cautious when using “regular” shungite because that means other elements are present. And I’ve herd stories of even lead being present… ????

I have used Shungite infused water daily for over the last year.
PROS: RELIEVES some of my chronic spinal pain.
CON: I read where it could help to grow your hair. Be careful what you read. I have more facial hair but not on my crown-scalp.
May I also put rose quartz and clear quartz together with elite noble shungite?
I place several pieces of smaller size chunks of Elite Shungite into my half gallon glass container. I leave it overnight or you could consume in a shorter amount of time
You can refill anytime. Shungite C60 molecules work quickly but longer makes a noticeable difference.
Try a piece of Shungite in a glass of wine. Red preferred. Wait about half minute and enjoy. Sample the wine without Shungite to experience the change.
Both types of Shungite will effect the water or wine or?
I have used both with success.
The C60 molecules will absorb the negativity.
