crystals for procrastination

Today, I’m bringing you a video about Crystals for Procrastination.

First, there are  many crystals we can work with to help us bust through and get shizzle done. But, in this blog/video I decided to focus on 3 specific stones to help break through those barriers.

crystals for procrastination

1.  Ametrine

Ametrine is a mix of amethyst + citrine.

It’s a mix of iron + various amounts of heating that give it the unique color variances.

Ametrine is great for boosting inspiration & to helping us breakthrough any blocks.

Ametrine also helps us with any kind of fear of taking action.

It helps eliminate & clear that fear of anything we might be fearful of. Even fear of success. That’s a common one that I often have:  fear of success.

Ametrine also helps to enhance mental clarity, so you can make those clear sound decisions & quit procrastinating…just figure out exactly what it is you need to do & get to it!

2.  Honey Calcite

Another crystal that’s great for helping with procrastination is honey calcite.

Honey Calcite helps us to take inspired action while boosting confidence.

Often times lacking confidence is what causes us to procrastinate. 🙁

Honey Calcite is a great take action stone! It’s also relatively affordable & easy to get & a great hormone balancer too. Have any in your collection?

3.  Carnelian

Carnelian is a wonderful crystal for eliminating procrastination. I have a beautiful little carnelian egg that I featured in a recent video.

Carnelian is great for helping us bust through laziness, enhancing passion for getting something done.

It’s also another good 1 for giving us clarity of mind.

Carnelian helps us to make those decisions so we know what it is we need to do to get to the next step!  So that we quit over-thinking it and just get to the job and get it completed.

And sometimes procrastination creeps in because we need a little bit of enhancement in the creativity departmentand carnelian is great for that!

I hope these sparkly suggestions are helpful to get you moving in the right direction; breaking through those barriers.

What are your go-to crystal tools to break through procrastination?  Have you tried this sparkly trio? Perhaps created a crystal grid for it using these energies together?

Tell us about it in the comments, let’s help each other out, Crystal Hottie!

Crystal Blessings!

  1. Thank you! I had done a rather lengthy journal entry about procrastination this morning, so this post is super-awesome for me 🙂

  2. This is awesome! Excellent timing! Honey calcite and carnelian are sitting beside me now. If I don’t have ametrine (at this moment), could I use amethyst and citrine?

  3. Thanks for that information, yet, like Ametrine Citrine is also known as the “Manifestation Stone” or should I say “Merchant’s Stone.

    1. Post
  4. Love it!! This will help me stay on track….finished the Mineral ID and now finalizing the magazine article for my Advanced Crystal Master final!! 😉
Also, LOVE the music in the background in the video!! Can you share who the music is by? Sounds like maybe one of the yummy treasures you picked up on one of your Hawaiian vacays!! Would love to know…..can you share the music artist? Thanks Steph/Hibiscus Moon!!

You go Jamie! Honestly that song came in a package of royalty free music that someone on the Sparkle Team purchased a while back. I really don’t know the title. Sorry!

  5. Yes, definitely Carnelian. I have the most beautiful pebble that I have worked with a lot and also a lovely thumbstone that I generally carry in my pocket (that also helps with tummy and stress stuff).

I’d probably include Labradorite as I find it great for inspiration and of course it’s beautiful … most probably my favourite stone overall 🙂

I think Carnelian and Labradorite work well together for me. I do drink a cup or two of good coffee each day, but I think the Carnelian and Labradorite help provide the energy/inspiration/positivity for me, without the possible downside of the coffee if I make it too strong!

I have got a couple of pieces of honey calcite. I haven’t worked with them much so I am not sure how they affect me. Orange calcite is probably another I could include with helping with energy/’doing’ stuff. I do have a piece sat on my desk while I work 🙂

  6. Excellent timing!

I currently have Ametrine, Pyrite and Labradorite sitting next to me on the desk under my raven statue; since my Carnelian is currently being cleansed haha. Currently working on my holistic therapy based dissertation (nearly finished it hooray!) so ametrine is great since it is for mental blocks 🙂

  7. Great crystals. I have used Carnelian for this too and agree it really works well. Will try Honey Calcite if I can just remember where I put it…

  8. I pulled out my big tumbled Carnelian, honey calcite and ametrine just this morning. 🙂 A beautiful blue and green flourite tumble also wanted to join in on the fun. Some of my favorites, oh shoot, like any of them aren’t my favorite! Haha

  9. Awesome 🙂 I actually looked at the name Honey calcite earlier and i felt intuitively i should get it… and now i know why! Thank you angels and hibiscus moon.
I have carnelian however i am going to get honey calcite when i can.

    Great article thank you.

  10. I love the video and the 3 stones. I never thought of them like that. Its great I’m going to get mine together tomorrow 🙂 How about Berrcated Jasper (I hope I didn’t spell it wrong) Hibiscus Moon 🙂

  11. Aah! I’m brand new into crystals, I just got my first few crystals last week, and Ametrine was one of the first 3 I picked out! I wanted some to help with depression, and the girl in the shop recommended Lepidolite, Lithium Quartz, and Ametrine. I’m so glad to see Ametrine on your list for procrastination, because I need some help in that department, as well, and this just makes me feel so much more connected with my new little friend!

  12. I have severe anxiety about things I need to get done and have found that Larimar helps with this specific type of procrastination issue… If you’re feeling overwhelmed to the point that you can’t do something because it turns into anxiety, I suggest trying the usage of Larimar to relieve any anxiety that becomes a block 🙂

    1. Thank you for adding that info, I have a Larimar pendant I haven’t worn for a while – I do feel better when I wear it, I think I need to find that today because overwhelm is rearing its ugly head again! 🙂 Blessings to you!

  13. Perhaps this is from my problems with lacking concentration but how do we use these beautiful stones to help as I tend to collect then come up blank what to do, from there. 🙂 thanks so much for all you do.

    1. sit with one stone at a time in meditation, ask its name or purpose or how it can assist you and then be still and allow the message to come to you. i also put them next to me when i’m working, or in a pocket, or on my nightstand; kind of letting our energies mingle.
      hope this helps. have fun.

  14. I have also used Blue Apatite for motivation. Been wearing it for a short while & “suddenly” as if a door opened.. I got busy on my dream crystal biz.
Love all three of the stones in the video!!???
