In order to make sure that my emails get delivered to your inbox, it’s recommend that you whitelist my email address. Here are some easy-to-follow tips on how to do that:

How can you ensure my emails to you don’t end up in your SPAM box?

You can help make certain my emails get to your in-box every time by taking a few seconds to add these 2 email addresses to your contacts.

Simply add the following email addresses to your contact list:

  • support@hibiscusmoon.com
  • newsletter@hibiscusmoon.com

If you are using Gmail:

Click here and follow the steps to ensure you don’t miss any of our emails.

If you are using Yahoo:

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “…”
  4. Choose “Add to contacts”
  5. Add additional information if needed
  6. Click save to finish

If you are using AOL:

  1. Click “Contacts” in the left toolbar
  2. Click in the grey bar at the top of the message
  3. Add contacts information
  4. Choose “Add Contact” to save

If you are using Outlook:

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Right click “Click here” to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message
  3. Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List”

If you are using Apple Mail:

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “Add to Contacts”

If you are using an Android device:

  1. Tap the picture of the sender
  2. Tap the add to contacts icon
  3. Tap “Create new contact”
  4. Choose the correct account if you are signed into multiple email addresses
  5. Tap the check mark to save

If you are using an iPhone:

  1. Tap the sender’s from name
  2. Choose “Create New Contact”
  3. Tap “Done” to save

If you are using Hotmail:

Add the From address you want to receive mailings from to your Hotmail Safe List:

  1. Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right hand corner)
  2. Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link
  3. Select the “Safe List” link
  4. Copy and paste username@domain.com into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”
  5. Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box

If the mailing is in your “Junk E-Mail Folder,” open the email and click the “Not Junk” button.

You should also check that the mailing’s email address is not in your Blocked Senders list. You can find your Blocked Senders list by following the directions above and going to “Blocked Senders List” instead of “Safe List”. If you see the mailing’s from address on this list, select it and click the Remove button.
