Rose Quartz Healing Properties, Correspondences and Meanings

Hibiscus Moon Crystals, Uncategorized 4 Comments

Many notice the big, mondo-sized rose quartz rock by my front door to entrain the vibrational frequencies entering my home. Why do I keep that crystal there?

Rose quartz is your crystal of love and compassion. It’s a crystal for all matters of the heart; both emotional as well as physical. Rose quartz invites us to connect with Divine Energy. This stone has a very gentle energy and is an ideal stress-reliever while it also invites in more kindness and compassion.

It’s known to assist with all matter of fertility and the menstrual cycle. I even include in my very popular fertility combo.

This is also a stone for beauty often used in baths and facials. Brings about a glowy, more youthful skin tone. I pop a tumbled stone into my facial moisturizer and also use rose quartz facial discs for my facial. Alternately, you can find a rose quartz roller to stimulate blood flow to your complexion.

These are the polished rose quartz discs I like to include in my regular facials.

It can become your “BFF crystal” that you cultivate a really close bond with (like I have). I also have one of these buddy-pieces that I’ve bonded with ever-present by my bedside; using that particular piece for a lot of different things. For instance, any kind of love, and we know there are different kinds of love in the English language. We should probably have different vocabulary words for the different types of love:

  • friendship love
  • family love
  • romantic love
  • self-love
  • compassion-love

I could go on but you get the picture. All of these different types of love obviously are very, very important, so rose quartz is one that you may want to have in your collection, in my opinion.

Affirmations
I love the crystal affirmations provided in The Book of Stones. I use these affirmations for so many things; to start off my intention for a crystal meditation, to help balance a chakra or to include in a crystal grid. This one is the one given in that book for rose quartz:
“I open my heart to receive and express the energy of love.”
Geology and Identification
As a type of quartz, rose quartz, just as other quartz varieties has a Mohs hardness of 7 and belongs to the trigonal crystal system. It’s usually a light pink,  but can vary in color, intensity, and hue; sometimes a very deep pink colored and at other times, very pale so that it’s barely pink. Sometimes they’re right in between. And to tell you the truth, geologists are totally confused as to what the exact cause of its rosy hue. The precise element has yet to be pinpointed but has been blamed on trace amounts of:

  • titanium
  • iron
  • manganese
  • dumortierite (this one seems to be the most likely culprit)
  • phosphate
  • or even aluminum

Who the heck knows!

This stone can be found in Madagascar, South Dakota, Namibia, India, and Brazil.

Although translucent, it’s rarely ever transparent with a cloudy opaque look. You usually don’t see them growing naturally in points, that’s a rarity. Rose quartz most often appears in masses, so no crystals or crystal faces.
Pink Quartz?
Sometimes you’ll find rare and unique (translate: very expensive) pieces that do grow in points and… wow if you have one of those; hold on to that baby because it’s worth quite a bit! They’re quite rare.  (BTW, serious geologists don’t even consider these scarce rose quartz natural points to be “rose quartz”. In fact, they officially call them “Pink Quartz”). One major difference that sets them apart is that their pink color is not caused by the same element so that technically makes them entirely different mineral. Another important distinction between the two is that pink quartz is light-sensitive (so don’t leave it under UV lights or exposed to sunlight) – rose quartz is not. Hey, if you want to geek-out on that, check it out.

These star roses are usually visible when polished and they also are a deeper pink than rose quartz from other locales.

This is a great link to dive into more detailed geological info.
Chakra Association
This stone works very well with the heart chakra for emotional heart issues, spiritual heart issues as well as physical heart issues.
Rose Quartz Self Love Bath Recipe
This piggy-backs onto last week’s topic; Crystal Bath Therapy. Here’s a checklist of items you can add/use for a super-relaxing self-love inducing bath experience.

[caption id="attachment_21788" align="aligncenter" width="640"] Photo credit: @aldengagnon on Instagram (shared with permission). She shared: “Today I quite literally surrounded myself with self-love! I used these ingredients for a self-love ritual bath (inspired by the recipe in Hibiscus Moon’ latest video”.[/caption]

BTW, each item listed here is optional, there are no hard fast rules but the more items you can add in, the more amplified the effect):

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt: 1 cup
  • Rosewood essential oil: 4 drops
  • Rose absolut essential oil: 2 drops
  • Several tumbled rose quartz stones (4-7 depending on size)
  • Pink rose petals (organic, dried or fresh)
  • Rose quartz candles (you can make your own as discussed here)
  • Rose Water (a few squirts or use as facial toner post-bath)

Are These Meanings Reliable?
This section refers to a new disclaimer I’ve needed to give recently.

The info on this page relies mostly on common crystal correspondences that have been relied on for hundreds of years (much going back to ancient times), that I have also researched and have found to be consistent for myself, my clients as well as for the thousands of students and graduates of my Certified Crystal Healer Course. Now, the known-crystal-properties ring true for about 80% of the population.
However, recently, something has changed.
For those that don’t resonate with rose quartz’ usual correspondences; instead of being indifferent to it, now these people are seeing more of an intense negative reaction. Something has shifted with the energy there. Both with us as humans reacting to the stone as well as with the crystal itself, especially being a silicate.  If you’d like to learn more about this possible issue, I wrote a blog post here about why this may be occurring.

I don’t personally find this to be true for myself, but for some, it’s even bringing up feelings of anger and anxiety! Not a widespread issue but something to definitely keep in mind. You’ll need to experiment with it to see how you react to rose quartz. Hopefully, you’re in the 80%.

Crystal Meanings | Are they Reliable?

Hibiscus Moon Crystals, science 17 Comments

crystal meanings

Do you find that your usual crystal meanings and usual go-to correspondences are dependable?

For example, has your go-to rose quartz or amethyst been as reliable as of late? I’m not necessarily asking if they’re “weaker,” but are they not working for you in the way that you’ve come to rely on?

Or maybe it’s that they’re working but they’re just “different”.

I’m asking because in all the years I’ve been working with and researching crystals, this is the first time I’ve noticed such a huge shift and many others (students, graduates and so many in our Crystal Family) have brought this to my attention too.

In a recent poll I did; 82% said this is the case for them. Whoa! That’s a lot.

Crystals are millions of years old, some are even billions of years old. That’s just a drop in the bucket, in the grand scheme of a crystal’s life cycle. Right? So, perhaps this shift in energy many of us are experiencing is just part of a natural cycle. It could also be a change in certain crystals’ vibrational frequencies. I’ll get into the “why” of that in just a bit here.
Crystal Meanings – Influenced By Energetic Shifts?
Citrine (The Baked Variety)

I’ve noticed lately that the baked variety of Citrine seems to have diminished with respect to its power. Now, the baked variety of citrine is the most widely available. It has more of that orange tint to it. You’d be hard-pressed to find a large geode that’s real-deal citrine.

Me? I prefer to stay away from man-made and man-altered as much as possible, Babe.

Congo and Brazil citrine, now here’s a different animal! Both completely natural and I love ’em. With these types ts of citrine, I’ve actually found their power to be amp’ed up. Brazil citrine is an excellent crystal to pick up, less expensive than Congo citrine, however, harder to identify it from the fake stuff for some.

Rose Quartz

Now, this is an interesting one. I don’t personally find this to be true for myself, but many of our Crystal Family Members are saying that Rose Quartz is no longer helping with matters of the heart. Which, as you know, is something it’s widely believed to influence. Again, not my personal experience with this crystal at the mo’ but it’s clearly happening to others. So, noted!

Veracruz Amethyst

Veracruz Amethyst is traditionally a go-to for calming the mind; an excellent stone to work with when looking for assistance with meditation. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Is this true for you? This might not be true for everybody across the board, just something that I’ve noticed.

Selenite

The way I use Selenite has changed as well. I’ve found that as of late, I enjoy meditating with selenite. Which is very odd because I used to use Veracruz amethyst to do that.

Reason is: selenite’s usual mega-impact higher frequency energy has seemed to have lowered its amplitude and calmed down quite a bit. I feel like this is a perfect example of how a crystal isn’t necessarily weaker but instead working extremely well in another capacity.

Moldavite

Moldavite is a crystal that’s traditionally considered to be super-high energy. However, lately, I and many others have found it to be lacking in this quality. Which I’m sure you would agree is quite strange for moldavite.
Other Crystals Experiencing a Possible Energy Shift

  • K2 Granite – aka K2 “jasper” has a gray and white modeled background with the beautiful blue azurite spots in it. Oddly enough it seems to have started to darken, which could indicate that there’s an intense energy exchange happening with it.
  • Herkimer Diamond – yet another one that seems to be suddenly lacking in regards to its energy; lackluster, dampened
  • Smokey Quartz – a crystal that used to be known for a gentler de-toxing energy. Today a lot of people are referring to it as their go-to crystal for lively energy and high focus; a new popular fav too, whereas in the past it was not as popular.

Cosmic Shifts
There’ve been some mega-energy shifts impacting not just Earth but our entire Solar System. I’m sure you’ve heard plenty of people bring up the topic of climate change. However, climate change is not specific to Earth, ya know. It’s happening on a number of other planets as well. The energy changing our Solar System is obviously impacting (evolving) the energetics of our planet, Mama Earth. Which means that Earth’s crystal beds are being impacted as well.

What could be causing all these changes?

Well, scientists have recently discovered that gamma-ray levels reaching our planet, have increased tremendously.  These bursts of cosmic rays come from massive supernovae, quasars, all sorts of cosmic sources we’re surrounded by in space.
3 Reasons Why our Exposure to Cosmic Rays is on the Rise

  • We’re in the Modern Grand Solar Minimum
  • Meaning our Sun is in a state relative minimal activity (few sunspots, prominences, flares, etc). When our Sun is in a state of high activity it creates a very strong protective magnetic field.

    2. Earth’s magnetic poles are shifting

Earth’s poles influence Earth’s magnetic field. So, when the poles start to shift, our highly protective magnetic shield becomes weaker.

    3. Galactic Void

Our solar system isn’t sitting still just floating in space.

Then, the Milky Way, as a whole, is spinning around the black hole at the center of the galaxy. Our Sun, too, travels in a spiral path through the Milky Way, bringing all of the planets that orbit it along for the ride. I LOVE how this video helps us visualize our Solar System’s vortex-voyage through the Milky Way galaxy:

    SUPER-COOL! Right?

As we vortex through the galaxy we’re now entering a new zone, what we refer to as the “Local Bubble”; a new area of the Milky Way where it’s a sort of void; there’s less cosmic gas and dust in this “bubble” that would normally act as an additional protective shield from those outside cosmic rays.

[caption id="attachment_21641" align="aligncenter" width="675"] Graphic of The Local Bubble by NASA; modified from original version by User:Geni – http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2003/06jan_bubble.htm (originally uploaded to en.wikipedia here), Public Domain, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=3280837[/caption]

    • How Cosmic Rays change Human DNA

Cosmic Energy Shifting and How it Affects Us + Crystals
Can cosmic rays impact DNA? Yes. And it’s happened multiple times in the past.

But, these rays can impact more than just DNA; they can spark volcanoes, earthquakes, and other tectonic activity.
Here’s the important bit that directly impacts the crystals: scientists believe the reason cosmic rays impact tectonic activity is that cosmic ray particles thin out the silica-rich magma layer.
As the temperature increases, the energy also increases. Meaning the silica-rich magma layer becomes thinner. So, there’s been a change in the energy present at an atomic and molecular level!

So, basically, the shift we’re all feeling, the crystals are feeling as well.

The word “silica” refers to silicon dioxide (SiO2), which is what quartz is made of. (Amethyst is just silicon dioxide with the additional inclusion of iron.) Also, I should mention that silicates are minerals that have silica in it. Meaning it’s not just silicon dioxide; it could be any mineral that has silica in it like black tourmaline. Silicates make up many of our crystals and scientists are giving us the data that the cosmic rays are directly impacting, thinning out the silica-rich magma and the silicates… all pointing to the possibility of the silicates being the crystals most affected by all of this.
    Light = Information
I feel these cosmic rays (light angles or “Angels” of Light) carry within their light-encoded frequencies, information; such as new programs and transformative overtones presenting themselves as DNA upgrades and crystal atomic remodeling. Meaning, some crystals will be downloading amazing intel!

Cosmic rays UPGRADE and change all matter, including crystals AND our DNA.

Also, let me address the last part of that statement regarding DNA: I’m sure some people might be a bit concerned by the thought of a change in our DNA. I don’t feel this is necessarily damaging to our DNA… or our crystals.

High-frequency cosmic rays are completely different from other man-made forms of high-frequency radiation that can damage our DNA.

What I’m sayin’ is there’s a BIG DIFFERENCE between man-created and Source-created high-frequency rays. So, you won’t find most scientists backing up that statement but this comes from a deep inner knowing:
Cosmic rays are Source-created, and therefore flawless, organized information.
    If Our Crystals Change…
The final point I want to leave you with is this…

If our crystals are changing we may need to re-learn how to interact with them moving forward; spend some time getting to know them all over again. (And I very much look forward to that experience.)

That’s really all it comes down to, and that’s exactly why I don’t teach my students to memorize crystal meanings or correspondences in my Certified Crystal Healer Course.

I’d love to know, have you noticed that some of the crystals you work with have had an energetic shift, seem different, more powerful or simply no longer work for you? Let me know in the comments down below! The more input we get from each other, the more we can collectively learn and grow.

    🔮Crystals 💎 for Anxiety 😬 and Stress

Hibiscus Moon anxiety, stress relief, Videos 5 Comments

Today we’re going to talk about crystal for anxiety and stress. This is something I get asked about a lot and when I did a poll on my Facebook page just the other day, this was the topic that seemed to win out. I have done several other older blog posts on this, but I’ve got some updated info and some cool stuff we’re going to do.

Oftentimes, worry and stress about the future is what can lead to anxiety, but some of us  have an anxiety disorder. Maybe we don’t even know what we’re worrying or stressing about, it’s just this anxiety takes hold of us.  I feel like it’s a side effect of living in today’s society. How w we lead our lives today is not the best … it’s the latest, but it’s not the greatest, right?

I believe that ancient humans had it down, or evern today in the cultures that live without a lot of the technology.  We’re immersed in the technology.  We’re immersed in so much fakeness from what  we put on our bodies to how we wash, to what we drink, to what we eat, to what we listen to, to the media, to what influences us. In every aspect, we’re bombarded by it and I feel like this is what leads to a lot of panic and anxiety disorders.

So for some, it’s sort of unexplainable and for some, it’s worrying or stressing about the future that leads to anxiety.

I heard it said that … thinking on the past leads to depression, and thinking and stressing about the future leads to anxiety.

If  you can reel in your thoughts, that can be beneficial right there!  But let’s also task about some crystals that can help.

I’ve got five crystals I’d like to talk to you about that are wonderful for inviting in the vibrations we want to get us past this anxiety.

If you have any of these crystals nearby, go grab them and bring them as you hear me discuss them and bring them here because you may want to use one later.
Five Crystals to Combat Anxiety and Stress
    1.  Rose Quartz:   So rose quartz is the love crystal, right? It’s all about love, compassion, kindness. Love is the opposite of fear and that’s what anxiety is all about, at its root it’s fear. This stone invites in and embodies the love vibration. It’s excellent for calming, kindness, love and compassion.

If you’ve had any fear revolving around any sort of PTSD, chaos, fights, emotional drama, confrontations, this stone is really going to help calm everything down and comfort your heart Chakra. It also invites in loads of self love, which is great for dispelling fear. Plus this is a water safe stone.

    2.   Blue Lace Agate:  This stone is well known for centering and calming your vibrational frequencies. It works really, really well for reprogramming your thoughts and your reactions, for calming your electromagnetic field. It’s a throat Chakra stone, so it allows us to express ourselves in a calm, gentle way, with a positive outlook. This is just what you’re needing when you’re overtaken by fear and anxiety because you might not be thinking rationally. You might be lashing out, or saying things in a wrong way, and we want to get them back to the correct way. So again, throat Chakra stone, really great for that.

You can just tell by looking at it, it’s gentle energy, right? Allows you to speak your mind clearly, but calmly and very eloquently, stating what needs to be said, but not in a way that’s going to exasperate the situation and clearly get you out of those fear inducing confrontations, situations. So, wonderful for keeping close by when you’re dealing with any kind of anxiety. Again, this one is water safe.

    3.  Black tourmaline:   This guy is known for its ability to transmute and cleanse energy, it’s a well known stone for that. This is a nice chunky, weighty piece of black tourmaline, also, very high grade. It’s hard to find them in chucky weighty high grade pieces anymore, they might be a little rougher in appearance.

If you’re perceiving energy or a situation to be negative, this stone is wonderful for transmuting it and bringing it to neutral. This is your go to stone for that. Wonderful for purifying energy. So another good one to have nearby. I wouldn’t say that this one’s water safe because there is some elemental contents in there that … Don’t get all up in arms about it, but I err on the side of caution always when it comes to that. So I’m going to skip water safe on that. Not water safe, we’ll just say.

    4.  Chrysocolla:  I  have a sphere of chrysocolla that looks like the planet earth, its just a gorgeous stone. Chrysocolla has a very feminine, soothing vibration, just as you would expect Mother Gaia, the planet to have. It really calms your heart Chakra. If your heart Chakra is beating out of fear, or with a panic, or anxiety, chrysocolla is a great one to have for that.

It’s also going to give you more confidence when you’re just paralyzed with fear, and maybe you know you need to communicate with others, and you’re having fear around the confrontation, or saying the right thing, or saying it in the way that maintains your boundaries and  get the point across.

How many times have you thought about what you’re going to say … (this happens to me all the time) and then you say it, and because of fear you don’t say it in the way that it needs to be said?  Then you walk away knowing that the other person didn’t hear you and you didn’t articulate what you really needed to say … then you’re just gripped with fear. You don’t want to go back and have that confrontation again, and you’re crossing your fingers that they understood what you needed them to understand but wonder was there a complete miscommunication and no one understood anything?  And then they just keep doing the same thing, right? Chrysocolla is the one that’s going to get you out of that situation. When you simply need some security in the social situations, confrontations, or social situations of any kind, it’s a great one to either wear as jewelry, or keeping your pocket.

Or what if public speaking is a big one? Some people are really terrified of public speaking. Not all of us. Obviously, I can’t be. I mean, I get a little nervous about it, but I don’t mind. I love public speaking. But I know that’s one of the biggest fears out there, and chrysocolla is one that I recommend having in your pocket, or a mojo kit, or in your bra, wherever you like to have it when you’re doing any kind of public speaking.

    5.  Nirvana Quatz:   Nirvana Quartz comes from Tibet. It’s a beautiful quartz, large, chunky, very milky. It’s not clear at all. It’s got lots of etching on it and a coating of hematite. So it’s slightly pink, pinkish-white, barely pink. Nirvana Quartz is wonderful for helping you to overcome fear and allowing you to trust, to invite in trust.

It’s also allowing you to love yourself fully, all the flaws included because Nirvana Quartz visually is covered in flaws. So it helps you to learn to accept and love yourself with all the “flaws”, and I’m putting that into quotes because you are perfect in all your ways. The way that you are is 100% perfect. There are no flaws. It’s so that we’re not all carbon copies of each other in every way. I’m talking energetically, personality wise, and as well as physical. So Nirvana Quartz is wonderful for that. If you have any issues with lvoing yourself fully get yourself a Nirvana Quartz.

Nirvana Quartz is a water safe one too, so if you want to say that. I did see somebody asked about cchrysocolla. I did not mention it’s water safe.  d I don’t consider it to be water safe because of its possible copper content and because crysicola is a stone. Actually, it’s considered a crystal, it’s a mixture of other minerals. There’s other things in there too that’s to  be debated by the geologists. I’ll leave that to them. So I’m not listing it as water safe.
    Anxiety Busting Meditation
Next we’re going to do an anxiety busting meditation here together. And just meditation can be effective, really, really effective for relieving anxiety, but it can be even more effective when you incorporate one of the crystals that I mentioned above. So if you have one of those crystalsgo ahead and grab it.

And meditation can be brief …tiIt doesn’t have to be an hour long, it can be effective in as little as 10 minutes. So if you’re gripped by anxiety on daily basis, I would highly recommend doing a crystal meditation for 10 minutes daily.

There are guided audio meditations with calming ocean waves. The ones that I really like are the ones with the binaural beats. The Theta wave binaural beats will actually entrain or influence your brain and soothe your nervous system.

There’s a great one called Relieve Anxiety by Brain Sync that I really like. Brain Sync is, brainsync.com. I think you can also find it on YouTube too.

What’s great about the Theta waves is that Theta waves are all about relieving anxiety. It’s the child-like brain. It’s where deep learning can take place. It’s also a brainwave state you go into when you’re in deep sleep, and it allows you to absorb and retain massive amounts of information that gets stored in your longterm memory. So it’s most like the brainwave state that you can be in to be most like a quartz crystal. Because these are he same things that quartz crystals can do;  store massive amounts of information in a data bank. That’s something that quartz crystals are able to do and  Theta wave makes our brains more like a quartz crystal.

Again, meditating can help you to temporarily relax, but it gives you longterm effects too. They accumulate when you do it on a daily basis. And like I said, just 10 minutes is great, but it’s greatly amplified when you use a crystal. And more importantly, it works on a deeper level by physically altering your actual brain function and brain wave activity. So getting your brain more into Theta more.

If we just leave thingsalone and do nothing, your brain is  always going to be in Beta when you’re awake. And that’s great for doing things, but it can be taxing and stressful on our brains and it’s good to bring it  into Theta when you’re able to. Meditation can actually reprogram your brain to be less anxious over the longterm.

Let’s Meditate:  So clear your space, close your door.

Try to go to a quiet, sacred space or visualie a sacred space.  . Try to control whatever you can as far as noise goes, and hold one of your crystals, whichever crystal it may be, if you have one. If you don’t have access to a crystal, that’s okay. You can still do this with us, okay?

So we’re going to take a few deep breaths and close your eyes. We’re actually going to take this time to be present and go deep within and relax the mind. Feeling anything you’re holding onto, release it, any sensations, any tightness in your muscles, any tension. Check in with your emotions. What are you feeling right now? Just notice and observe and then leave it there. And visualize the interior of the crystal you’re holding, the orderliness of it as it influences and reduces the chaos in your brain. And now bring your attention to your breath, not doing anything special with it, just notice it. And gently breathe in to invite space in your body and breathe out to release any tension with awareness.

Now bring your attention to your belly as it rises and falls with each breath, and bring the breath there to your belly so that instead of expanding our lungs, we breathe with the belly of a baby. Plump the belly out as you inhale, and release it as you exhale. Expanding the belly on an inhale and falling on the exhale. We’re mindful of the breath coming in and going out. Just breathing naturally, normally, but aware of the rise and the fall of your baby belly, mindfully breathing. This belly breathing actually calms us. You can do this whenever you’re feeling stressed, angry, anxious, anxiety, fearful in any way.

Now bring your focus and awareness back into your crystal again and notice the energy vibration as that crystal’s frequency entrains and influences your own. Remember the orderliness within that crystal it’s reducing the chaos in your brain. And even during this meditation, we might be experiencing a fearful thought, or some anxious thought, or worry, or fear, and we can just observe it and let it go. Say, “Thank you for showing up. You’re not needed here right now.” Don’t worry about it because you can pick it up later if you want to.

No matter what might be popping into your brain, you can give yourself permission now to be peaceful.

And you can silently say to yourself,
“I allow myself to experience complete calm and peacefulness with my crystal in this moment.”
Then just come back to your breath again, gentle inhale and exhale, feeling your belly expanding on the inhalation, releasing on the exhalation. Just gently breathing in and out. In your next exhale you can even audibly sigh and sense the energy gently washing over you.

With your eyes still closed, give gratitude to your crystal, feel it in your hand, and you can gently wiggle your fingers and toes. And when you feel ready, you can come back to us. Tell us in the comments below if you u noticed, anything you observed, how you’re feeling right now. How did you do?
    Anti-Anxiety Crystal Bath
Just to give you  some other actionable things you can do  with any of those crystals that I mentioned before that were water safe,

    • you can put them in a bath and take an anti-anxiety bath. Perhaps you can … redo the meditation Facebook page so you can replay the meditation we did.
    • when you take an anti-anxiety bath, you can put one or more of the water safe crystals in the bath plus a few drops of lavender essential oil, and it will greatly help you in relieving anxiety

    Anti- Anxiety Crystal Grid
Something else you can do is you can do an anti-anxiety crystal grid with the crystals that we talked about. I have another blog post over here on How to Make a Crystal Grid.  For this purpose here today, here’s an affirmation you can use for the grid, or just an affirmation you can use tocalm your mind as you hold one of the crystals.
“I  charge this grid with healthy thoughts and mental calmness, manifesting assurance, peace, ease, and happiness for myself now.”
I hope you’ve enjoyed these tips on Crystals for Anxiety and Stress.  Let me know in the comments below if you tried this meditation or if  you work with any of these stones for stress relief.

    • all-natural
    • non-toxic (actually helping your body to detox and get healthier if you’re using the right kind of essential oils in them~!)
    • while also gently entraining your vibrational frequency

And, you’re gonna fall in love ♥ with how EASY this is!

CAUTION: Essential oils are super-potent and need to be diluted in a carrier oil like jojoba or fractionated coconut oil before applying them to the skin. DO NOT USE with elderly folk, pets, pregnant mamas or young children. If you have sensitive skin, you’ll want to stick to the recipe as given or maybe even dilute it even further. I’ve experimented with this recipe quite a bit. I now leave out all but a small bitty amount of the fractionated coconut oil for a more potent scent because my skin can take it. You’ll have to play with it and see what works best for you.

The first blend I go over in the above video is one that I’ve been making and wearing for over a year now.  🙂 I just love this particular combo of oils and crystals as an everyday vibrational essence.  It’s quite lemony, very fresh and also very calming with the lavender. Then it also includes just a couple drops of Frankincense to really bring the frequency up to the next level.

    Tap into the Energies
The crystal chips I include are from those little bottles that you may find in your local metaphysical and craft stores. I also had the bottles charging up on my altar for a few days before using them in this essential oil perfume.

You may have noticed in the above video I used an ingenious little rose quartz gemstone roller bottle. I looooove how the gemstone roller adds that extra layer of feminine and divine goddess high vibey energy, allowing you to roll it right over the skin.

I got my bottle from this Etsy shop.

Additionally, you can take this whole exercise a step further and imbue your perfume with a special affirmation; words of intention, just like the late, great scientist and author, Dr. Emoto taught us by labeling your bottle with powerful words to infuse your perfume with that specific intention.

[caption id="attachment_20621" align="aligncenter" width="595"] That time I met the late great Dr. Emoto and we drank clear quartz gem elixir together. So grateful to this man and his work.[/caption]

If you know me, you know I like layering on the vibrational frequencies to amp it up another level, so yet another way to do that is to now bring in the corresponding oils.

The essential oils and specific high-quality fractionated coconut oil I used in the video are from doTERRA. If you’d like to learn more about why I chose doTERRA and how I use it as part of my abundant business model, click here.
