3 More Things I Wish I’d Known Before Starting to Work with Crystals

Hibiscus Moon Crystals 8 Comments

The conversation continues, and today I’m sharing a few more things I wish I’d know before I started to work with crystals. (Did you miss my first blog on this topic? Click here).

This was a popular topic and you wanted to know a few more things to avoid pitfalls, wasting time, energy, and money. So here we are!

And you know, just like everyone else I made a ton of mistakes when I first started to work with crystals.

I’ve since then done research, worked through a lot of stuff, gathered data for my clients and students, and this information can save you a lot of time, and energy, and of course money with what I’m about to share with you today.

The question of the day …
What about working with crystals confuses you?
It appears that there’s a little bit of confusion for some people. If this happens to you, please share your answer with me in the comments at the bottom of this page. Now let’s get started!
Citrine
This has been coming up a lot lately.

I need you to know, most citrine out on the market is fake. Most commercially available citrine on the market is heated amethyst.

My students did an experiment, and they took some amethyst and put it in their oven. They put their home oven in the kitchen on the highest setting possible and turned it into citrine.

This is what most sellers do. They take a very lightly colored amethyst and bake it into citrine. Perhaps the amethyst is not very vibrant, it’s pale and it’s not considered aesthetically pleasing and therefore wouldn’t normally sell that well. So, they put it in an oven and heat it.

The longer they heat it the darker it gets. When it’s dark, it’s called Madeira citrine, and it’s quite beautiful actually. It’s got that deep, rich iced tea color. But one thing you’ll notice with these is, they’re very brittle and friable.

Those pretty orange, the glittery stones are usually not the real deal. To learn more about this, click below for my Free pdf download: Tips for Spotting Fake Citrine.

[thrive_2step id='21987'][/thrive_2step]

Recently I’ve talked a lot about how the baked variety of citrine seems to have diminished concerning its power. Regardless, the baked variety of citrine is the one that’s most widely available; it’s most affordable. It has more of that orange tint to it. You just won’t find a large geode that’s real citrine. You will find baked citrine geodes.
Made in Mother Earth
I prefer to stay away from man-made, or tainted, altered crystals as much as possible. It’s not always possible, it’s not always practical and it’s not always affordable, but I try to.

Now, there’s Congo and Brazil citrine (which are the most popular places where natural, real citrine comes from)

It’s a completely different animal. Completely natural and not baked, and it’s going to be lighter in color, not orange.

I’ve found their power to have increased recently with a shift in energy on our planet. In our solar system most likely. I mean (I don’t know that for sure)… but it’s a theory I have.

Brazil citrine is an excellent crystal to pick up. Plus, it’s a little less expensive than the Congo citrine. But for some, Brazil citrine can be harder to identify from the fake.

Congo citrines often will have all these babies around the base. We call that an abundance crystal, some people call it a manifestation crystal.

Congo citrines have a lot of unique characteristics to them, so they’re easier to identify. Sometimes the color is a bit darker and some might even call it a smokey, but what makes it citrine is that it has a yellow undertone. Especially if you take it out into the sunlight. If you see a yellow undertone that’s citrine.
Tumbled Citrine
Now, with the tumbled stones it’s much harder to figure out, “Is that a baked citrine? Is that a natural citrine?”

But you got to use logic in this. Someone who has natural citrine and knowing its value is highly unlikely to tumble it and turn it into a tumbled stone. Therefore I would venture to say 95% of the tumbled citrines are baked amethyst.

As we’ve discussed, it’s not always an easy task to tell the difference, but here are a few pointers.

If it’s a heat treated citrine:

  • the color is going to be mostly concentrated at the tips, and white at the bottom.
  • Also, heat treated citrine will be sort of crumbly and easily break apart, especially when you have little points on a geode. We call that friable – which is a direct result of the high, high temperatures they use in the oven. It seems to weaken the stability of the crystal matrix at the molecular level.

I used to think that baking the citrine doesn’t technically change the molecules, but it does weaken them. It does weaken those bonds because they become for friable, so it does change it on a certain level.

Personally, I prefer not to work with the baked amethyst variety of citrine, but that’s a personal choice. You have to test it out and see for yourself.

I just want people to know out there that most of the citrine out there is baked amethyst. It’s not actual, real citrine. And sellers have been really good about telling people up front that, that’s what they have for sale.

[thrive_2step id='21987'][/thrive_2step]

But for a long time … (it’s not really like pulling the wool over anybody’s eyes so much because this is something that’s been going on for hundreds of years probably, and it’s just never really been disclosed up front), “Oh, this is baked amethyst.” It’s just, “That’s citrine. That’s what we’ve always called citrine. We’ve always baked it.”

There’s kind of a little debate going on with that.

Crystal Books
The next thing I want to discuss to save you time, energy and money when you start to work with crystals … is books. Because how many of us love to buy crystal books by the truckloads?!

I’m one of those people (no longer though, because most of the books out there say the same thing over, and over. They might vary it a little bit, but when you’re looking up books for crystal correspondences a lot of them say the same things. You’ll see a lot of commonalities, or you’ll find that one book might contradict another book but that doesn’t happen as often)

As I accumulated stacks of crystal books I slowly realized that much of the info is just repetitive.

And like I said, some of it can conflict and confuse you even more. So, I’ve learned. I realized which books had sound geologic data and are going to give scientific info. I always prefer those books that have a little bit of scientific info.

And I do know my way around the scientific info so sometimes when they’re saying stuff that just isn’t true I just kind of push that book to the side.

In my course, I teach that I don’t like relying on the books 100%. However, I do like having them as a guide and support.
Work With Your Crystals
Now, I’m very selective with the crystal books I use, and refer to, and recommend.

I feel it’s good to have a couple highly recommended crystal reference books on hand. Then most importantly, you’ve got to get in there and work with your crystals.

Work with your stones, find out what they do for you on an individual level.

No book can ever tell you that so don’t rely on them too heavily.

Two book recommendations I am going to give you right now are …

  • One is The Crystal Healer by my friend Phillip Permutt. This is an excellent book, I’ve always recommended it. Its got sound crystal correspondences and it’s a great book to just reference your crystals. Its got great pictures … not museum quality pictures so that makes it easy to identify the crystals that you have.
  • Plus I like that he gives scientific info, metaphysical info, where the locals or common source is, astrological associations, the chakra associations. Also, it’s color coded so if you have an orange or a yellow crystal you can just turn to the yellow section and easily identify your crystal.

So, if you’re looking for a book that’s going to help you ID your crystals, The Crystal Healer. Highly recommend it.

    2. Another book is The Book Of Stones by Robert Simmons and Naisha Ahsian. This is an excellent book. It’s mandatory in my Certified Crystal Healer Course; it’s an excellent reference book.

Lots of information and sound scientific information. Plus it has a great reference in the back for looking things up.

The only drawback to it, is the pictures are mostly museum quality specimens. Therefore, it’s not as easy to identify some of the crystals. Still, this book, I highly recommend it.
    Crystal Correspondences
The third thing I want to deliver to you today is a common misconception.

A lot of people that come to work with crystals thinking that before they start doing anything they need to memorize a whole bunch of crystal correspondences and remember, “What crystal’s good for this?” And, “What crystal’s good for that?”

There is no need to memorize crystal meanings. None.

When I first started on my crystal journey that’s what I thought I needed to do.
I thought, “Oh, I’m not ready yet. I need to learn more, I need to memorize these meanings and see if there’s a perfect crystal for this or that before I actually start doing anything.” That couldn’t have been farther from the truth.
The result … I wasted so much time trying to memorize things.

Do you know how many crystals and minerals there are? Over 4,500.

So, forget that idea, that is just ridiculous. There’s no reason for it memorizing everything as you begin your work with crystals. Where is the reasoning for having to do that? A lot of people come to it thinking that, that’s what they need to do.

The other thing about this is … say you memorized 100 crystal correspondences? This is something else I’ve been talking about a lot lately…that information, a lot of it is no longer relevant. Energy is shifting and some crystal energy and meanings are changing too.

This is why I teach my students, “Don’t rely too heavily on that stuff. There are other more important things you need to do when working with crystals than memorizing correspondences.”

If you think you know your crystals really well and at the same time things haven’t been working as good as usual, it’s a good idea to relearn how to interact with your crystals moving forward now in this new energy that we’re in.
    Dive In
I encourage you to spend some time getting to know your crystals all over again.

Maybe just choose four crystals and spend a good amount of time getting to know them all really well. I’m doing this right now and I’m loving the experience of doing this.

And that’s really all it comes down to, that’s exactly why I don’t teach my students to memorize crystal meanings or correspondences. First of all, because it’s not necessary to do that to move on, to move forward. And secondly, a lot of this information is not relevant now.

Thinking back to when I first started, I eventually got tired of waiting around and trying to memorize meanings, and I began digging in and working with my crystals. Doing that made me wish that I had started the whole process way sooner, because I was getting immediate results, and I felt confident and so empowered.

There’s no perfect method, and there’s no perfect stone or a perfect time to begin your crystal practice.

You’re never going to know enough like, “Okay, now I know enough. Now I can go ahead and begin.”
    Keep Growing, Keep Learning
Personally, I’m on a perpetual learning and growth path, and I’m out there teaching crystal healing.
You just need to go for it and start.
You don’t have to wait to take a course, you don’t have to wait to be certified, or read all the crystal books and certainly you don’t need to wait to put the work and effort into memorizing tons of names and correspondences, and meanings.

So, my best advice is just to dive in, start working with them, just get to it.

I hope this information was helpful to you! Tell me in the comments which of the three things I shared was most helpful to you OR share another tip you’ve found useful on your crystal path.

Your info could further help others in our Crystal Family avoid wasted time, energy or money on their crystal path.

Plus don’t forget to grab the free download we’ve made for you today.

Crystal Meanings | Are they Reliable?

Hibiscus Moon Crystals, science 17 Comments

    crystal meanings

Do you find that your usual crystal meanings and usual go-to correspondences are dependable?

For example, has your go-to rose quartz or amethyst been as reliable as of late? I’m not necessarily asking if they’re “weaker,” but are they not working for you in the way that you’ve come to rely on?

Or maybe it’s that they’re working but they’re just “different”.

I’m asking because in all the years I’ve been working with and researching crystals, this is the first time I’ve noticed such a huge shift and many others (students, graduates and so many in our Crystal Family) have brought this to my attention too.

In a recent poll I did; 82% said this is the case for them. Whoa! That’s a lot.

Crystals are millions of years old, some are even billions of years old. That’s just a drop in the bucket, in the grand scheme of a crystal’s life cycle. Right? So, perhaps this shift in energy many of us are experiencing is just part of a natural cycle. It could also be a change in certain crystals’ vibrational frequencies. I’ll get into the “why” of that in just a bit here.
Crystal Meanings – Influenced By Energetic Shifts?
    Citrine (The Baked Variety)

I’ve noticed lately that the baked variety of Citrine seems to have diminished with respect to its power. Now, the baked variety of citrine is the most widely available. It has more of that orange tint to it. You’d be hard-pressed to find a large geode that’s real-deal citrine.

Me? I prefer to stay away from man-made and man-altered as much as possible, Babe.

Congo and Brazil citrine, now here’s a different animal! Both completely natural and I love ’em. With these types ts of citrine, I’ve actually found their power to be amp’ed up. Brazil citrine is an excellent crystal to pick up, less expensive than Congo citrine, however, harder to identify it from the fake stuff for some.

    Rose Quartz

Now, this is an interesting one. I don’t personally find this to be true for myself, but many of our Crystal Family Members are saying that Rose Quartz is no longer helping with matters of the heart. Which, as you know, is something it’s widely believed to influence. Again, not my personal experience with this crystal at the mo’ but it’s clearly happening to others. So, noted!

    Veracruz Amethyst

Veracruz Amethyst is traditionally a go-to for calming the mind; an excellent stone to work with when looking for assistance with meditation. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Is this true for you? This might not be true for everybody across the board, just something that I’ve noticed.

    Selenite

The way I use Selenite has changed as well. I’ve found that as of late, I enjoy meditating with selenite. Which is very odd because I used to use Veracruz amethyst to do that.

Reason is: selenite’s usual mega-impact higher frequency energy has seemed to have lowered its amplitude and calmed down quite a bit. I feel like this is a perfect example of how a crystal isn’t necessarily weaker but instead working extremely well in another capacity.

    Moldavite

Moldavite is a crystal that’s traditionally considered to be super-high energy. However, lately, I and many others have found it to be lacking in this quality. Which I’m sure you would agree is quite strange for moldavite.
Other Crystals Experiencing a Possible Energy Shift

    • K2 Granite – aka K2 “jasper” has a gray and white modeled background with the beautiful blue azurite spots in it. Oddly enough it seems to have started to darken, which could indicate that there’s an intense energy exchange happening with it.
    • Herkimer Diamond – yet another one that seems to be suddenly lacking in regards to its energy; lackluster, dampened
    • Smokey Quartz – a crystal that used to be known for a gentler de-toxing energy. Today a lot of people are referring to it as their go-to crystal for lively energy and high focus; a new popular fav too, whereas in the past it was not as popular.

    Cosmic Shifts
There’ve been some mega-energy shifts impacting not just Earth but our entire Solar System. I’m sure you’ve heard plenty of people bring up the topic of climate change. However, climate change is not specific to Earth, ya know. It’s happening on a number of other planets as well. The energy changing our Solar System is obviously impacting (evolving) the energetics of our planet, Mama Earth. Which means that Earth’s crystal beds are being impacted as well.

What could be causing all these changes?

Well, scientists have recently discovered that gamma-ray levels reaching our planet, have increased tremendously.  These bursts of cosmic rays come from massive supernovae, quasars, all sorts of cosmic sources we’re surrounded by in space.
3 Reasons Why our Exposure to Cosmic Rays is on the Rise

  • We’re in the Modern Grand Solar Minimum
  • Meaning our Sun is in a state relative minimal activity (few sunspots, prominences, flares, etc). When our Sun is in a state of high activity it creates a very strong protective magnetic field.

    2. Earth’s magnetic poles are shifting

Earth’s poles influence Earth’s magnetic field. So, when the poles start to shift, our highly protective magnetic shield becomes weaker.

    3. Galactic Void

Our solar system isn’t sitting still just floating in space.

Then, the Milky Way, as a whole, is spinning around the black hole at the center of the galaxy. Our Sun, too, travels in a spiral path through the Milky Way, bringing all of the planets that orbit it along for the ride. I LOVE how this video helps us visualize our Solar System’s vortex-voyage through the Milky Way galaxy:

    SUPER-COOL! Right?

As we vortex through the galaxy we’re now entering a new zone, what we refer to as the “Local Bubble”; a new area of the Milky Way where it’s a sort of void; there’s less cosmic gas and dust in this “bubble” that would normally act as an additional protective shield from those outside cosmic rays.

[caption id="attachment_21641" align="aligncenter" width="675"] Graphic of The Local Bubble by NASA; modified from original version by User:Geni – http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2003/06jan_bubble.htm (originally uploaded to en.wikipedia here), Public Domain, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=3280837[/caption]

Cosmic Energy Shifting and How it Affects Us + Crystals
Can cosmic rays impact DNA? Yes. And it’s happened multiple times in the past.

But, these rays can impact more than just DNA; they can spark volcanoes, earthquakes, and other tectonic activity.
Here’s the important bit that directly impacts the crystals: scientists believe the reason cosmic rays impact tectonic activity is that cosmic ray particles thin out the silica-rich magma layer.
As the temperature increases, the energy also increases. Meaning the silica-rich magma layer becomes thinner. So, there’s been a change in the energy present at an atomic and molecular level!

So, basically, the shift we’re all feeling, the crystals are feeling as well.

The word “silica” refers to silicon dioxide (SiO2), which is what quartz is made of. (Amethyst is just silicon dioxide with the additional inclusion of iron.) Also, I should mention that silicates are minerals that have silica in it. Meaning it’s not just silicon dioxide; it could be any mineral that has silica in it like black tourmaline. Silicates make up many of our crystals and scientists are giving us the data that the cosmic rays are directly impacting, thinning out the silica-rich magma and the silicates… all pointing to the possibility of the silicates being the crystals most affected by all of this.
    Light = Information
I feel these cosmic rays (light angles or “Angels” of Light) carry within their light-encoded frequencies, information; such as new programs and transformative overtones presenting themselves as DNA upgrades and crystal atomic remodeling. Meaning, some crystals will be downloading amazing intel!

Cosmic rays UPGRADE and change all matter, including crystals AND our DNA.

Also, let me address the last part of that statement regarding DNA: I’m sure some people might be a bit concerned by the thought of a change in our DNA. I don’t feel this is necessarily damaging to our DNA… or our crystals.

High-frequency cosmic rays are completely different from other man-made forms of high-frequency radiation that can damage our DNA.

What I’m sayin’ is there’s a BIG DIFFERENCE between man-created and Source-created high-frequency rays. So, you won’t find most scientists backing up that statement but this comes from a deep inner knowing:
Cosmic rays are Source-created, and therefore flawless, organized information.
    If Our Crystals Change…
The final point I want to leave you with is this…

If our crystals are changing we may need to re-learn how to interact with them moving forward; spend some time getting to know them all over again. (And I very much look forward to that experience.)

That’s really all it comes down to, and that’s exactly why I don’t teach my students to memorize crystal meanings or correspondences in my Certified Crystal Healer Course.

I’d love to know, have you noticed that some of the crystals you work with have had an energetic shift, seem different, more powerful or simply no longer work for you? Let me know in the comments down below! The more input we get from each other, the more we can collectively learn and grow.

Summer Solstice Manifestation Ritual with Crystals

Hibiscus Moon ceremony, Videos 1 Comment

I’m so happy that you’re here to join me for our Summer Solstice Manifestation Ritual with Crystals!

Those of you that are on my newsletter list, you got a list of supplies to bring and things that will make this a better and more luscious experience for you. If you don’t have those supplies, that’s okay. I’m going to walk you through the whole thing, and we’re going to have fun anyway. 🙂

    Ritual Supplies
Here are some supplies you want to have on hand:

    • Paper and pencil, or your favorite device to type some notes on, I like paper and pencil, I’m old school.
    • Your crystal of choice, and I’ll go over the different crystals below.  There’s no wrong, or right here, there’s just certain ones that I prefer, because they have a really good vibrational frequency to amplify the work that we do during a Summer Solstice Manifestation Ritual.
    • Citrus essential oil is great to have on hand.  The two that I show in the video are Citrus Bliss by doTERRA and Lemon essential oil. Whatever brand you choose to use, make sure it’s high quality organic, or therapeutic grade.
    • If you have a candle nearby, go ahead and light a candle, I’ll do the rest.  You don’t have to do this ritual now, you can just jot down notes if you want to and use it to prepare yourself to do this ritual later on again, or you can do it on the summer solstice itself.

This year the summer solstice is on Thursday, June 21. It moves from day to day, because it is based on when the sun reaches its northernmost point from the equator.   Those of you in the southern hemisphere, you’re doing a solstice as well, but it’s going to be the Winter Solstice. In the northern hemisphere, it’s going to be at 6:07 AM, but you don’t have to be up at 6:07 AM your time to experience the energies of the Summer Solstice.

It’s strongest on the 21st, but the energies, the cosmic energies actually work for three days. The day before, the day of, and the day after, so any of those three days are ideal. This is a good time to prep and get your manifestation ducks in a row if you will 😉 We can do this ritual together now, or as I said, just jot down the notes, and you can do it when it’s convenient for you.
The natural rhythms of the earth and auspicious days, the Summer Solstice, in our cosmic cycle are beautiful times to plant seeds, to cultivate, or deepen and renew any manifestation you’ve already begun.
Perhaps you started planting the seeds at Spring Equinox, many of us do that because that’s a time that is representative of planting seeds…a time when eggs are laid.  It’s a time of manifestation, it’s a time of fertility, of growth, of new beginnings. Then when the Summer Solstice rolls around, as it’s coming up on us now in the northern hemisphere (again, southern hemisphere, you’re experiencing Winter Solstice, so if you’re here from the southern hemisphere, just pack this information away for you for six months from now).
    What is the Summer Solstice?
During the Summer Solstice, we usher in a time to develop and grow those intentions, those metaphorical seeds that we planted at Spring Equinox. The reason we have this is due to the earth tilt on its axis. We’re slightly tilted 23 1/2° on our axis, so at certain times of the year we are tilted towards the sun, and as we orbit the sun, sometimes the hemisphere that you’re on is either tilted away or towards the sun.
The Summer Solstice is the day where we get the longest amount, the most amount of sunlight during the whole year, so it’s the longest day and the shortest night.
The sun is also higher in the sky throughout the day, if you’ll notice your shadow is shorter, and its rays are striking earth at a more direct angle, rather than coming in at a lower angle, the sun is more direct.

That causes more efficient warming, and hence we get our summertime and it’s hotter.  Summer is a time of development, growth, and lush abundance. We’re beginning to be able to reap those rewards. The first harvest begins, and I’m speaking not just from a farmers point of view, I’m speaking from a metaphorical point of view.

From those metaphorical seeds that you planted in the Spring, it’s a time of harvesting those manifestations you set in place, and it’s a time of manifestation energy.
    Summer Solstice Crystals
So let’s go over those crystals that I love using for Summer Solstice. Remember, there’s no right or wrong, perhaps you have different ones?  If you want to put them in the comments below, I’d love to hear about it.

I’m very intentional in choosing my crystals and stones. I have most of mine in a crystal grid right now, but I brought out some other ones.

I’ve intentionally chosen specific stones, because of their specific light frequency, and their specific energetic vibrational frequency. These are the crystals that help align us with the correct energies for the solstice time, for all the things that I just discussed. This will make us a vibrational match to the cosmic energies that are manifesting right now, thereby allowing our manifestations to materialize with less resistance if any at all!

    • Pyrite:  whether it’s natural cubed, it doesn’t matter if it’s got the cube or not, it’s nice if it does, that’s the sacred geometry expressing itself very easily, but if it’s just a pyrite solar disk, or if it’s a mass that’s fine.
    • Sunstone:  tumbled sunstone works great.
    • Citrine:   I’m leaning towards only working with 100% natural citrine. I have found that most of the tumbled citrine out there, in fact, all of it really, is baked amethyst. I’m not vibing with the tumbled citrine any longer, our cosmic energies have changed quite dramatically. I talked about this last week, and I’m feeling like the natural Congo citrine is the one to work with if you’re going to be working with citrine. I almost feel like the baked amethyst now, because things have changed, is, I hate to put it this way, is a waste of time. All my Congo citrine’s in a grid right now.
    • Amber or Copal:  very powerful for the energies we’re working with.
    • Tigers eye:  a great one for this time of year.
    • Bumblebee Jasper:  in the video, you’ll see I’m wearing my Bumblebee Jasper ring.
    • Sulfur:  I got mine from Sicily, from Mount Etna region. Sulfur’s often found near volcanic areas, it’s also found in Durango, Mexico.

Once a year, right around this time I do my Summer Solstice Meditation e-kit, where I go over specific herbs and essential oils, and that’s all included in my Summer Solstice Glitter bundle. There is a meditation in there, a video meditation, MP3, a whole ritual, plus a bunch of other goodies, all bundled up along with the Summer Solstice Glitter bundle.

This kit allows you to take your crystal practice to the next level. Grab all my digitally kits, and my info products, a lot of them have been retired. I don’t sell them anywhere on my site, all in this one bundle for one crazy low price and it’s worth over $500, packed with the most powerful crystal and manifestation tools that I’ve come up with. It’s only $97, that includes my popular Attract Abundance and Prosperity Crystal e-kit, which all by itself is $97. Again,  It’s not available on my website, the only way to get access to this, is to be getting my newsletter, which you’ll start getting immediately. You can join my newsletter list by clicking this link.
    Summer Solstice Ritual

  • As we jump into the ritual, the first thing we want to do is create sacred space.  Relax, take a few deep inhales and exhales. On your next inhale, take the deepest inhale you’ve taken all day. Then one more nice deep inhale.
  • If you’ve got that citrus essential oil, you want to either do a nice sniff or be diffusing it right now. Alternatively, you can light a candle, or you can take this whole ritual outdoors. That is a really great way to get yourself immediately into sacred space.  You can do other things to energetically clear the space you’re going to be using. Sound acoustics are highly effective for creating sacred space. Like a crystal singing bowl.
  • Next step is to set your intentions for this ritual with a list. That’s what the pen and paper are for. Since this is a time of reaping the rewards, getting things in alignment for that first harvest, for the first harvest that’s coming up now (that’s what happens right after summer solstice). It’s a time of development, a time of really lush abundance and growth.  It’s good to focus on your intentions in those areas. This will allow things to materialize with more ease.   Is it time to grow your savings account? Is it a time to grow your business? Maybe increase the number of friends you have, or maybe it’s a time to grow and develop your education, or something you’re studying right now, or learning to do some self-development?
  • I find it best to not focus on too many things. One thing, or at the most three things at a time.  Write your one, two, or three manifestation intentions down on that piece of paper so you can refer to it.

    4.  Alongside your manifestation intention, be sure you include a timeline.  You want it to come into fruition by the next lunar cycle, by the next new moon, or maybe in the next three months, or six months, or maybe a year, but be clear and precise and specific.

At the same time, you want to keep it about you.  I always like to give just a gentle reminder that we’re not working on anybody else, we’re not manipulating other people’s personal will.  That’s something that I never recommend.  It’s just about you.

    5.  Choose the crystal you’re going to work with and we’re going to get focused on that.  I’m going to work with my large natural citrine from Brazil (because all of my congo citrines are in a crystal grid).  First, hold the special crystal, or maybe it’s more than one crystal that you’re going to work with today.
You’re going to be using that crystal in this ritual, and if you’re able to, if it’s too large like the citrine I’m holding in the video, you can just hold your hands upon it, or you can hold the crystal, if it’s small enough, maybe it’s a tumbled sunstone, in your receiving hand, your left hand.  Then you’re just going to gently focus on the natural rhythm of your breath. Allow yourself to just breathe more deeply, allowing yourself to entrain with the vibrational frequency of that crystal, and focusing on the natural rhythm of your breath.

Allowing yourself to begin to breathe more deeply now, filling your lungs all the way to the bottom, taking the deepest breath you can take. Squeeze all the air out of your lungs on your exhale. Squeeze it down to the last bit of air out. Notice how your body responds to that. Do it a few more times. As the crystal entrains your electromagnetic field and aligns your energy with its own energy.

Now glancing over at your list, you’re going to visualize each item you placed on that list with great clarity.

Think of every detail, how things would look when that manifests, what you’ll be wearing, sounds you might hear, scents you might notice, every detail. Most importantly, focus on your feelings, your emotion, that’s the energy there. Your feelings and your senses. Feel the joy, the sense of accomplishment, the pride, the peace.

Focus on what that might feel like when that intention comes to fruition. Do the same for your next two intentions, if you have more than one. As this energy from the crystal helps to align your manifestations. Now put your verbal energy into this, and declare it to the universe as done. While still holding your crystal, and loud with energy, you’re going to say … And so it is!

Now just stay in place with your crystal in place and in the video I add acoustic vibration from my crystal bowl to seal the deal. Sound acoustics, very powerful. Deep inhale, exhale, and you can place your crystal down, and the ritual is complete.

Pretty powerful stuff, right?  How do you feel?  Please share in the comments below and tell me what crystal (or crystals) you connected with during the manifestation ritual.

    3 Big 💎 Crystal 🔮 Myths

Hibiscus Moon Crystals, Videos 2 Comments

Today we’re going to talk about the Three Big Crystal Myths.

Now  before I even get started talking about this. I want to say that no dogmatic buy ins from me. Okay?

You know I love me a mature debate, a respectful debate. If it stirs up a little controversy that’s great!  It gets us all talking and  makes me think and I like when it makes me think and perhaps even see something from a different perspective and maybe debunking some myths while we’re talking about certain things.

    It gets us talking.

    It gets us critically thinking.

And might even reveal new information and things we didn’t know about and then we can take a look at our old beliefs, things that we held true and maybe look at things in a new way and come to a new conclusion, look at new research.
