Years ago,  when I first started learning about energy healing, doing energy healing, and even teaching people about energetic healings, I started noticing something…

that I wasn’t really protecting myself correctly & I was zapping myself of energy after doing these healing sessions or teaching groups of people.

This type of work really zaps the energy from you…if you don’t know how to mitigate that. It’s important to protect yourself & protect your energy with an energetic shield of protection, and crystals can help you do just that.

Even for those of us that have been teaching or healing for quite a while, I find this is something we need to always work on, need to remember to continue to do, be conscious of & continue to learn more about…because there’s always something new to learn.
