Time for another Crystal Q&A about Crystals for Empaths!

In this session, we talk about a question that comes up often on my Facebook Page.

And so, I’m thrilled that this question came in from Jody which prompted me to make this video for YOU, Crystal Hottie…b/c you may be wondering the same thing!

But first…let’s get into explaining a bit here…

In case you didn’t know, an “Empath” (as defined by Urban Dictionary…love that dictionary!) is:

A person who is capable of feeling the emotions of others despite the fact that they themselves are not going through the same situation.

The ability to pick up on & feel/experience the energy of another can be seen as a gift b/c that extra info can allow you to empathize with others or see things from another view-point.

Or it can be seen as a curse b/c it causes you to be bombarded by extra feelings & emotions you may not want to be dealing with at the moment.

So what can you do?

Steer clear of becoming overwhelmed.

What is a Shamanic dream crystal & Shamanic star stone & what are they used for?

Hey Chick Pea!

With my recent post on Crystals to Improve Dream Recall there was some confusion between Dream quartz & Shamanic Dream Crystal (stone) or Lodolite, which in turn often gets confused with Shamanic Star Stone aka Shaman Stone. Sheesh! Let’s make it confusing, why don’t we?

See, this is what I mean about all the various crystal property books making things confusing.

Don’t get me wrong! I love my crystal books but you need to learn to wade through some of the fluff & figure some stuff out for yourself.

Dream quartz is explained in the post I refer to above so I’ll leave that 1 there.

Shamanic Dream Crystal

Shamanic Dream Crystals/Stones (Lodolite) are usually used for enhancing daydreaming & Shamanic divining. Shamans have also been known to use these guys for vision quests & to bring about healings for others.

How To Kick a Cold in the A** with Crystals

Yep, yep, yep…crystals for cold and flu!

Ohhh, the boring disclaimer:  I think you already know that I’m not a doctor & am not giving medical advice. Crystals should be used as a compliment to & not as a replacement for regular medical care, blah, blah, blah.

Wrong season, I know…but I ended up succumbing to a cold 2 weeks ago; I got hit hard & I figured this is a perfect opportunity to let you all know how I use my crystals to bounce out of that (although I wasn’t bouncing too much at the time!)

Now, usually, I’m pretty resilient to these things but some of you may know that I’ve been doing some frequent acupuncture treatments to treat my allergies & I’m pretty certain that moved some energy around & temporarily lowered my immune system, allowing a nasty virus to sneak in.

I also think my recent excessive work habits & lack of sufficient sleep as of late also greatly contributed.
