Tucson Gem & Mineral Show 2014 – Quick Check In

by Hibiscus Moon · 9 comments

I was just a wee-bit tired after several full days of non-stop visiting & crystal shopping. Having the time of my life though.

In this vlog I share some tips on getting your crystals home from Tucson along with how my shopping went this year.

And here are just a few of the many photos I took on this trip. I’m so tired at the moment that I can’t see straight so I’ll leave the rest of the photos & explanations for another post on a different day.

Oh, and I have a TON of work to do with all the lovely bucket-loads of crystals & stones I’ll be unloading once I get back. So so much more to come…

I know you may have some tips of your own for shopping, shipping, packing when crystal shopping at gem shows so please share them in the comments below so we can all share in the sparkliness!

Many Crystal Blessings!

I cannot WAIT to see everything you bring back!! Thank you for all of your and Frank’s hard work, Stephanie! :)

(BTW, I have been particularly drawn to Chrysocolla lately, so hmmm….. )

    • Oh Carol…today that is my goal to organize & start cleaning, photographing & video-taping all the beauties!! Funny you mentioned chrysocolla…know about gem silica? Good stuffs!!

    Dear Hibiscus Moon,

I am so enthusiastic each time I receive something from you. Do not worry, I read and use the information as much as I can. You are a beautiful person and you bring joy in my life. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
Much love to you and never stop your great work. (I also LOVE your cat Topaz)
I would so very much take your course, but I cannot afford it, unfortunately. I am moving in June and it cost a lot. Be sure that I am interested though.
I am attracted to all the stones… I even think that I am crazy and in love with those angels from the Earth.
I like the funny that you express yourself, your spontaneity and “natural”.
Much love to you and your family, and your team.

  • TY so very much for your support! Your energy is so very welcome here. ((HUGS))

Looks/sounds fantastic. I look forward to seeing more of what you bought etc. I would love to visit Arizona one day (I’m in the UK), but for now I enjoy it through the experiences of others :-)

I’m very new to the world of crystals and discovered your site last night! I just started my small collection and I am trying to learn how to meditate with my crystals and how to use them for healing.
Thank you for your amazing site!

Wow!!! Thank you for sharing these lovely photo’s. I think I would just pass out being in a room full of these gorgeous babies. I’m so glad that I found your book (which is fantastic btw!) and your entire community. It’s not easy to find (and purchase) large mineral specimens where I’m living at the moment, so I cannot tell you how happy it makes me watching your video’s or reading your newsletters. Is that a a photo of the gem silica you mentioned in your vid? I would’ve mistaken it for Larimar! Looking forward to seeing the rest of your treasures! xo

    Stephanie –
I can’t get to the list of crystals that you have available for sale from the gem show…I went to the link and it was just people’s comments from past purchases and while I love to read how happy they are – I need me some crystal goodness! Thank you so much and thanks for all your positive, amazing energy – you have been a great influence in transforming my life!

I would like to know how to get a blood stone. I’ve been looking for one for 50 years. I thought I saw one on your web site, please contact me if you or someone you know has a spectacular stone, and I’ll see if I can afford it.
