How to Ground using Crystals + Other Tips & Techniques

Hibiscus Moon earthing, grounding, health 14 Comments

BORING DISCLAIMER: I think you already know that I’m not a doctor & am not giving medical advice. Crystals should be used as a compliment to & not as a replacement for regular medical care & consultations. Let me also disclose that this is a link-rich post. I have lots of good resources here to refer you to. ALL of the products that I recommend are products that I have personally used & HIGHLY recommend. Some of the links below are affiliate links that will earn me a commission if you purchase through them, but you can certainly purchase through a different link. Just wanted you to know that I wouldn’t have them here if I didn’t totally believe in them.

Some of us struggle to stay grounded, to stay connected, balanced & centered.  Sometimes you just feel like a total space cadet.

I find I get un-grounded when I’m at an event around a lot of people if I know the focus is on me…b/c I’m an introvert. Or when I’m overloaded with work.

There are many ways to ground yourself. Here in this blog post, I’ll share what works for me. 🙂

CAUTION: In my experience though, you sometimes need to be careful to not to OVERDO the grounding. As in everything, we’re looking for balance. Doing too much grounding can possibly have a negative impact on some, making them feel too “low” & “heavy”…sometimes even depressed. But only you can determine what is best for you.

I teach several grounding techniques in my Certified Crystal Healer Courses and some that are specifically tailored for professional crystal healing sessions…to keep the therapist well-protected.
Why do we need to be grounded at all?

I whole-heartedly believe that in order to physically manifest what you want here on the physical plane, you must be solidly grounded. This isn’t necessary  “all of the time”, nor is it recommended. Hey, sometimes, being ungrounded is exactly what’s needed. But being able to re-establish that grounding when needed is key.

It’s also part of your energetic hygiene, b/c when you’re not grounded…that’s when your electromagnetic field (aka your aura) can become vulnerable and even “rip”, “tear” or “leak” your energy…or allow energetic cords to become attached.
Physical Symptoms of Being Un-Grounded

If you have 2 or more of the below symptoms, you may be currently ungrounded.; the more symptoms, the more un-grounded you may be. (BTW these same symptoms manifest when we’re exposed to too much EMF radiation and/or have various types of auto-immune diseases…chicken or the egg scenario? Just sayin’)

  • varying levels of depression
  • decreased dopamine levels
  • increased levels of adrenaline & cortisol (no bueno!)
  • undisciplined
  • fatigue
  • leg cramps or restless legs
  • headaches or migraines
  • muscle pain
  • insomnia
  • disorganized
  • unfocused & decreased attention span, cannot finish projects or see anything through
  • low stamina

Grounding is a standard & important safety procedure among electricians. With both electrical wiring as well as with our own electromagnetic fields (auras), grounding creates a direct physical connection to our planet!
This is CRITICAL, b/c Mama Earth acts as a reservoir of charges & can neutralize any excess electrical current or energy.

Grounding literally dissipates excess energy to the ground. When our homes + appliances are grounded (to a lightning rod) it protects us from shocks, shorts & interference. You can verify that with any electrician you know!

When you’re properly grounded you have a neutral charge, meaning your energy is balanced. Plus, when we’re well-grounded it’s also beneficial to us for self-protection; it helps keeps our energy focused & un-scattered.
My Go-To Grounding Stones + Mineral Treatments
One thing I like to do personally is to increase my magnesium uptake both internally as well as externally.

Immersing your body in ionic minerals, such as magnesium, will allow you to ground by picking up any excess charge. I do things like take ionic magnesium concentrate (taken internally; about 8 drops/day), magnesium bath salts or even magnesium oils (to rub on the skin or to bathe in).

I also really love to use ferromagnetic (aka iron-containing) stones as they are very effective grounders.

Remember that we have high amounts of iron in our blood which harmonizes more easily with the humongous iron core crystal at the center of our planet…yes, the very planet we’re trying to ground with…there’s a freakin’ big hexagonal iron crystal hanging out below our feet, hotter than the sun & about the size of Texas!!

***I don’t know about you but I think that’s some pretty cool shizzle!***

Good to know, right? B/c working with ferromagnetic crystals allows us to more easily entrain with the grounded energy of Earth.
A few great stones to choose from:

  • lodestone
  • hematite
  • pyrite
  • black tourmaline

Earthing
In order to stay ground & balanced, another great thing to do is have skin-to-Earth contact, picking up the earth’s natural plethora of negative ions.

Because most of us are almost always in shoes, your feet don’t get to touch the Earth & pick up the negative ions that our great planet provides aplenty. Really all you need to do to ground is walk around barefoot on the Earth(I recommend doing this as much as possible).

And if you’re in a cold climate & don’t want your feet frozen to the ground, you can always go hug a tree with your bare hands. Yep! That makes the same sort of grounding circuit with the Earth.

If you wanna learn more about grounding with Mama Earth’s energy (Earthing), there’s a whole book about this that I highly recommend:

Weighted Blanket Technique
Have you heard of the weighted blanket phenomenon? It’s a safe & effective non-drug therapy known to help those with insomnia, sensory processing disorder, autism, Asperger’s syndrome, anxiety and so much more.

“Historically, Native Americans and other indigenous tribes from around the world automatically wrapped their babies snuggly in a swaddle or cradle board to ease fussiness.” stated by Tori Boucher, an autism spectrum counselor. You can check out more info on the weighted blanket technique here.

But I want to take this idea a step further specifically for grounding!

You may be familiar with the BioMat and the BioMat amethyst & black tourmaline pillow. Well…the pillow’s crystals are actually encased in a special removable quilted cover that zips off & can be used as a mini-weighted AMETHYST + BLACK TOURMALINE blanket placed over various areas of the body!! Yeah, I know~~!

Specifically for grounding, I’ve placed it over or under the legs or feet, whichever feels the most comfy. Doesn’t get any more grounding than that, huh?

I’ve been telling my Crystal Healing students about this BioMat technique for years & all who try it, tell me they love it. ♥
Grounding Gem Elixir Oil
For days when I feel a little extra grounding is in order I have my Grounding Gem Elixir Oil that I can use in a number of different ways. I can diffuse it in a space with an oil burner or diffuser, I can wear it as a perfume or I can anoint my stones & meditation altar objects. I even just like looking at it b/c its just so damn sparkly pretty!

So let me give you the recipe for this special stuffs.

BTW, I didn’t measure on this…I just added random drops of different ingredients until I liked it. We’re not baking cookies here so feel free to play with it. 😉  I  recommend that all essential oils listed should be organic, fair-trade & sustainably harvested whenever possible.

  • jojoba oil as the carrier oil base
  • several drops of magnesium oil
  • several drops of juniper berry essential oil
  • cedar wood essential oil
  • clove bud essential oil
  • patchouli essential oil
  • 3 whole cloves
  • gemstone chips of red garnet, hematite, black onyx or black tourmaline

This oil has a very comforting & calming energy while connecting us solidly to Mama Earth.  It’s potent stuffs & it smells soooo good!

So tell me Sparkly One…do you practice grounding techniques on a regular basis?  Do you work with the crystals only? Or a combo of Earthing tools?  Did you try any of my techniques listed above? Please tell me what you do to ground & balance in the comments below.

Crystal Q & A: Your Questions Answered!

Hibiscus Moon Crystal Healing, Videos 8 Comments

Hey hey, Crystal Hottie!  Won’t you grab a cozy cuppa gem elixir tea & join me for a Crystal Q&A?

You asked, I answered!

We’ve got a wide range of sparkly topics covered in this Crystal Q&A session so watch & listen to the video. I’ve also given a summary + you can follow along with more links & glittery details below.   🙂

Before we get started, here’s my…

BORING DISCLAIMER: Crystals are a tool & support and should be part of a sound holistic health plan.  I think you already know that I’m not a doctor & am not giving medical advice. Crystals should be used as a compliment to & not as a replacement for regular medical care & consultations. So in addition to doctors, psychiatrists, therapists and other modalities, crystals can be very helpful.
What crystals would you recommend for children in school?
Some great crystals for children would be Hematite and Black Tourmaline, Amethyst & Rose Quartz. There are many super easy & practical ways to use them & I wrote lot’s more on this in this blog post:  Sparkly Ideas for Using Crystals with Children.

Also, here are some more tips for students of all ages:  Crystals to Help you Study Better, Faster + with Less Stress

What crystals are good for decreasing hyper-activity in a child?
Any light blue stone, like blue calcite or blue lace agate; or amethyst and rose quartz.

They don’t have to wear it, they can just carry it with them.  They could have 1 in their pocket, or put 1 in a small velvet bag that you can find in a metaphysical shop.  Keep in mind, you don’t want to send them out with your best looking crystals b/c they are likely to get pretty banged up with kids, so just know that when you hand them over.  😉

I just love these stones for their soft & gentle energy.  In fact, Pantone’s 2016 Colors of the Year are Serenity & Rose Quartz, so I gush all about these stones over here: Why Rose Quartz, Blue Calcite & Blue Lace Agate are the New Black.

Do you need to be careful with Lemurian Crystals?  Is the energy really strong?
I don’t feel that you need to be particularly careful w/ lemurian crystals.  It’s not something that’s common; that they’re “too strong”.

However it’s all relative and subjective to YOU. For each individual the experience will be different.

Lemurians are record holders.  They hold ancient information from Lemuria and even Atlantis. They have deep striations on the side that you can feel.  Think of the striations as a kind of bar code.  Information that’s been encoded into the crystal.  The Minas Gerais region in Brazil is the source of true lemurians. They have deep striations that you can feel by rubbing your thumb or finger over the sides. And they hold records.

Lemurians are meant to be used to access that ancient information, ancient records from the past.

As far as it being “too strong” to work with, that’s not a very common complaint.  But like I said that could be different for you. So give it a try.  The only way to know if it is to give it a try; to work with it yourself b/c it’s something you’ll need to personally experience for yourself.

BTW…I also have a blog post here with more info on Lemurian Crystals.
My son has a lot of stress and anger issues…he’s very explosive at times, what would be a good crystal for him?
Lepidolite & aquamarine are 2 crystals that I would recommend.

[caption id="attachment_10678" align="aligncenter" width="427"] aquamarine[/caption]

BUT…

the big question is … is he willing to work with the crystals?

It’s a matter of personal will, if he is willing to work with them. We can’t force this on anyone else.  It’s got to be him that’s initiating and is in agreement with this sort of energy work. Give him a selection, let him know what they’re for, what the intention is and let him choose which crystals to work with.  If he’s open to doing it, he’ll pick the crystal(s) that he is being drawn to & that’s a huge part of the equation in what stone will work best for him.
Do you have any experience working with Chlorite?
Yes, Chlorite included quartz!  It’s a very effective healing crystal…great for healing of all kinds.  Plus, it’s also a great crystal that carries the energy and is a vibrational match for prosperity & abundance.

[caption id="attachment_14252" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Natural Chlorite Quartz[/caption]

I do talk about Chlorite quartz in my super popular FREE Crystal Fakes eBook.  Do you have your own copy?  If not, you can grab it right over here!
Do you have crystal suggestions for worry and stress?
Again, amethyst and rose quartz.  Those are both ideal for stress relief. ♥ They seem to great for a lot of different things, huh?

Additionally, here’s my blog post on crystals to help relieve anxiety that might be helpful as well.
How do I safely clean my crystal in matrix without harming it?
I physically clean my quartz crystals with a certain type of acid. But you kind of have to know your crystals well and know the chemistry before you dive in and clean it up w/o causing any harm to it…or to yourself.

Here’s the low-down on How I PHYSICALLY Cleanse my Quartz Crystals. Proceed with CAUTION.
Do you have Crystal Suggestions for Postpartum Depression?

Rose quartz, moonstone, jade & unakite are the 4 stones I recommend for anything pregnancy or fertility related.

I’ve written much more on that topic including suggestions on how to work with that crystal-quad over here:  Crystals for Fertility & Pregnancy

For really deep-seated or lingering depression, I suggest you add in amber or copal.  That sunny crystal combo is well-known for helping peeps bust out of depression.  And I have more tips for navigating depression over here.
Are raw crystals best to work with, or are polished stones just as good?
Great question! Whenever possible I prefer to work with a crystal that is uncut + unpolished because it has a stronger vibrational frequency.  For example, I prefer to work with a natural quartz point rather than a cut & polished one, if quartz is what I need for my crystal healing work.

But say I want to work with selenite…raw selenite is not ideal to work with in a crystal healing session because it splinters off easily, its very friable or brittle. For practical reasons it makes total sense to go with a cut and polished piece, like a polished selenite wand. 🙂

Want to learn more about my take on working with Cut or Polished Stones vs. Natural?  I’ve gone in deep right here.
What are good stones for opening the 3rd eye?
There are many stones I can recommend for this, but one that’s relatively easy to find, is pretty inexpenisve & many of us have in our collections is amethyst.

This Third Eye Crystal Work is such a big topic, & I’ve received so many questions about this over the years that I’ve written a 2 Part blog series on awakening your pineal gland. Check it out:

  • How To Awaken Your Pineal Gland with Crystals ~ Part 1
  • How To Awaken & De-Calcify Your Pineal Gland with Crystals ~ Part 2

In case you’re interested…many of the questions I received here speak to the chemical and geological composition of the crystal along with the metaphysical.  That’s the type of stuff I love to teach all about in my courses Certified Crystal Healer Course as well as in my Advanced Crystal Master Course.

I hope you enjoyed this Crystal Q&A as much as I did & got to learn something new here today.  If you’ve got experiences to share on any of these crystal topics please tell us in the comments below!  I love to hear about your crystal connections.♥

And we’ve got a few Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healers & Advanced Crystal Masters who are so generously sharing their stories with us here on my blog.

I’m super-thrilled to introduce you to Certified Crystal Healer, Christina Borger as she shares how she does crystal therapy. She steps outside the usual recommendations and teaches us a bit about her unique methods. 🙂

♥♥♥
What crystal has had the biggest effect on you?
That has actually changed pretty dramatically depending on where I’m at in life.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have been around a good variety of stones and crystals from an early age and when I look back at what I was drawn to and when, it gives an interesting chronicle of my spiritual/emotional development.

For instance, when I was a kid I was really into Tiger’s Eye. At that point in my life I felt really vulnerable and exposed. The tiger’s eye made me feel strong and safe, like I could handle whatever came my way. This was way before I had any idea that crystals could be used that way. I just knew that I loved them and it made me feel good to hold them and look at them.

As a teenager, I lost interest in the tiger’s eye and I was really drawn to amethyst and rose quartz. That was definitely the point when I needed the most calming and love.♥ It was also the time when I was really starting to notice my psychic abilities and I do feel like having amethyst around me enhanced that. The love of Amethyst has stayed with me for a long time. Although I don’t use it in my practice or on myself any more often than I use other stones, it is the one that I seem to end up surrounding myself in. My entire house is filled with Amethyst cathedrals and plates!

As a younger adult, I was very drawn to moss agate. I still am to a good extent. I feel like this was the time when the Earth and Elementals were trying to draw me back after a long absence.  As I child, I’d had a very deep connection to the Earth and was outside constantly. Even now, there is nothing that happens to me that a little time outside won’t fix.

But I had moved into a different sort of spiritual practice that was taking me deep within myself and I was doing a significant amount of self-healing in addition to exploring the mysteries of the Universe.
I feel like the Moss Agate was calling me to not forget that my home is here on the Earth as well as in the Stars and telling me that I needed to ground myself in the Earth and Elemental realms as part of my spiritual evolution too.
These days I’m primarily drawn to Danburite. Only time will tell where it leads, but I have been working more and more with my Spirit Guides and the Ascended Masters and the Danburite has been very helpful to me in making those connections.
How do you navigate being a crystal healer and a mama on a daily basis?
Being a crystal healer really enhances my time with my daughter (and her friends!).

My daughter (now 6) is growing up in a house where grabbing a crystal for almost anything is commonplace. She gives them to her friends, uses them on her dolls, makes and drinks gem elixirs, and uses crystals herself when she has issues. She also sleeps with a giant rose quartz heart and an angel carved from angelite, which keeps her from being scared of the dark.

Since I have a rock shop as well, I’m always giving out free crystals to the neighborhood kids when I have something I think they might like. Most are not aware of the metaphysical properties and I don’t try to tell them about them either. I think at that age, unless you live in a home where these practices are considered normal and accepted, there is no need to foster anything more than the genuine love and appreciation for the crystals that they can discover within themselves.

The kids at my daughter’s school, however, are a different story. She goes to a Waldorf school and most of the families are at least open to alternative therapies and many practice them themselves. The teachers all have amethyst cathedrals and other large crystals in the classroom and often borrow them from my store to use. For instance, right now I have these huge chunks of black tourmaline that are filled with mica inclusions and I am loaning them out to the teachers who are going to use them in the classroom for grounding and transmuting negativity.

What is the primary way you utilize crystals in your practice?
I will do chakra balancing layouts from time-to-time, especially when a client is new and I’m getting to know them, but I really prefer to pick one specific issue and really focus on working through it. In that circumstance I will typically chose one large crystal in conjunction with essential oils, Reiki and guided visualization. How exactly this all works together varies from client to client.

Here’s an example; I have a really big piece of rough green calcite that clients with heart chakra issues respond really well to. It’s too big to place on the body, so I will have the client lay down on his/her side and I will place the stone on the massage table right up against the heart chakra.♥

While they are relaxing into the energy, I will massage their hands and feet (I am a licensed massage therapist) with whatever oil feels appropriate. I often use “Heart Aroma Oil” by Mountain Rose Herbs, or the “Joy” or “Release” essential oil blends by Young Living. The massage and aromas really help the client to relax and let in the healing energy.

At that point, I will usually do some Reiki or walk them through a guided meditation if I feel called to do so. I keep this process relatively short, because I have found that many clients will actually start to feel a dull ache in the chakra if I let them sit with the stone for 20 minutes or more. I think it’s because the energy of the stone is so strong that it will cause them to release more than they may be ready to, so I keep this treatment to 5-15 minutes depending on the client.

With that type of session, I’d also use a really strong grounding stone like lodestone, because the healing can be so intense. After the session I will typically give the client a drink that is a decoction of herbs (specific to their needs) infused with rose quartz and clear quartz. With heart chakra issues I generally prefer a Lunar infusion, if possible, because it is more soothing to the emotional body.

Lately, I’ve also been really drawn to using opals with clients.

Up until the last couple of years, I hadn’t really considered using them, but now they seem to come up a lot for me and I have really enjoyed using them in my practice. These are “common opals”, not “precious opals” which have a much more intense energy. Common opals have lovely, gentle energies and are great for using with sensitive people and children. In fact, I often find myself using pink opal with children as much if not more often than rose quartz.
Opals are particularly good for people under emotional stress as their energy is very nurturing and supportive.
My favorite one to use is the beautiful Violet Flame Opal. This stone is amazing for transmuting negative emotions. So many people have hurt or anger or tension in relationships that they deal with on a daily basis. The Violet Flame Opal works to turn these negative emotions into higher emotions of love, forgiveness, and open-mindedness.

For most, just sitting with the stone for a bit and gazing into its color is enough to bring about a change in attitude. But when a more intense healing session is called for I will place:

  • a Black Tourmaline in the root chakra area for grounding
  • a Violet Flame Opal on both the Heart and Crown Chakras
  • On the Sacral, Solar Plexus, and Third Eye chakras I will place a double terminated Quartz point.

You could also place a Violet Flame Opal on the Third Eye chakra in place of the quartz point. I make that call on a case-by-case basis.
What is your go-to crystal for grounding?
With clients, I often end up using Hematite. Not always, but it is the one I feel called to most often.

For myself though, it’s definitely moss agate. I know that’s not a stone that many use for grounding purposes, but I think that is unfortunate because it is really amazing!

For me, it’s the second best thing to getting out in nature for bringing me back to earth and into balance.
I have a really big tumbled piece and I love to hold it and look into all the beautiful green and blue and white. It makes me feel so calm and connected to the Earth, and the appearance of the stone itself is amazingly Earth-like!

I’ve also always been drawn to Elementals. I think this is why it’s the best “grounder” for me because I definitely feel a big increase in Elemental energy around me whenever I use it and that is very soothing for me.
What 3 energy-work or spirituality books are you loving right now?
I am a huge fan of Rudolf Steiner. It would be hard to describe all the ways that his work has helped me to grow spiritually. A good first read for those who are unfamiliar with his work would be the book, “How to Know Higher Worlds“:

As for healing work, I have found “The Key to Self Liberation: 1,000 Diseases and Their Psychological Origins” by Christiane Beerlandt to be absolutely indispensable.

She goes into great detail about the underlying emotional issues behind each illness, which is extremely helpful when choosing the right stone or method for yourself or a client. And, I have never had an instance where she was incorrect about the underlying problem. I was fortunate enough to pick this book up about 3 years ago when it was only $35. However, it is now out of print and if you are lucky enough to find a copy you will pay a pretty penny for it. If you do find a copy though, its worth its weight in gold! Maybe if enough of us start asking, they will bring it back into circulation!

I am also really loving “Hands of Light” by Barbara Brennan. Its full of insights into the root emotional causes of illnesses and blockages and gives detailed guidance on healing techniques. If you like to use a pendulum on chakras, she also has an amazing guide on what the exact movements of the pendulum mean for the way in which the chakra is moving or blocked.

Hibiscus Moon Crystal Healer, interview 11 Comments

Hi Crystal Hottie!

I’ve got another “Crystal Healer Interview” today!

And just in case you’re not familiar with what exactly is goin’ down here today…these Crystal Healer Interview blog posts are SPECIAL. Because these are the brave souls who are DOIN’ it! These are the Crystal Hottie Change Agents.

Allow me to introduce you to crystal healing from another perspective (other than my own). So we’ve got a few Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healers & Advanced Crystal Masters who are so generously sharing their stories with us.

Well, I’m excited today to introduce you to Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healer Wendy Becerra of Wholistic Blessings.

Wendy’s gorgeous message here is about our responsibility as Crystal Healers to share the knowledge & spread the crystal light.

She talks about her lifelong connection with crystals and how that has grown & blossomed into a budding career in energy work.

And Here’s Wendy …

♥♥♥
What brought you to the world of crystal healing?
About 10 years ago, after much of life’s “craziness”, my hubby, son, kitty and I moved from Miami and a co-worker (in the pharmacy) gave me a pendant of larimar.

This larimar provided me with calm when I suffered from anxiety. Studying this crystal and others began to open the door more and more to this possibility of crystal healing.

While I lived in Miami’s fast pace and had an overflowing amount of family and family responsibility, I really had no time to study or do what I enjoyed.

Between collecting my crystal babies and going to the park I began to heal and feel more relaxed and better able to navigate thorough my new-found identify and life without everybody else’s stuff.

What crystal has had the biggest effect on you?
Oh this one’s kind of tough.

As with many healers, one of the first crystals I purchased was amethyst, citrine, carnelian and clear quartz.

I have a complete amethyst obsession! I can’t wait to have a Huge Amethyst Cathedral.

Moldavite has a special place in my heart because it really accelerated much spiritual and expanded awareness. The best part is I don’t feel overwhelmed by its energy. There have even been times I’ve even slept with it.

My double terminated smokey Tibetan quartz has shared so much information with me while I’ve meditated. I have seen our entire galaxy and have heard the message from the collective and “the bigger picture”. It’s an enhydro and that makes it even extra special to me.

What do you think made the biggest difference to you on this crystal-path?
The peace and serenity my family, friends, and I feel in our home. Everyone says they feel so cared for and relaxed when they’re in our home.

Also, when my son comes and asks for a “crystal massage” to help him relax…simply amazing!

When I realized there is a huge amount of healing power in crystals, I was drawn to crystal gridding before I even knew it was a “thing”. Then on December 2012, I was pulled to create crystal grid for the Collective’s healing every month on the full moon.

Once I became a Reiki practitioner 5 years ago, I discovered that I loved combining crystals and Reiki together!
I can’t tell you how satisfying and fulfilling it is to see the patient’s light come back or brighten in their eyes!!!
I live for seeing the lights come on and get brighter. It’s like they’ve been plugged in again.

The patients feel as thought they have “new life”. I believe that is what has made the BIGGEST difference in my life. I must add that after they’ve been plugged in, I get a sense of peace and feel “lifted” myself.
What’s your go-to Crystal for grounding?
My favorite would be a magnetite in each hand.

My other favorites are healer’s gold (pyrite with magnetite), black tourmaline and hematite.

I tend to be a bit “flighty” and I often forget to ground. So when I feel too “in the head” I re-calibrate and get “land legs” when I hold onto these. It feels as though I put on a pair of weighted boots.
What are your BIG DREAMS now that you’ve graduated as a CCH?
I want to build a successful, and loving Crystal Reiki practice preferably an office near my home or a space in my home especially for healing, which would enable me to be close to my son.

I see myself working and volunteering with 2 causes which are very important to me:

  • Clean water for everyone
  • Crystal healing with special needs children

My son has been diagnosed with high functioning autism and takes no medicine. So working with special needs and helping parents and caretakers know that there are alternative treatments and practices with a more natural and non-gmo diet can benefit their children greatly.

My BIGGEST DREAM is to travel in an RV so my son could experience travel in a comfortable way and be able to spread crystal healing knowledge while on our travels. I believe we are here to turn on each others flames and awareness to “be the change we wish to see in the world.”
It really is up to us to unlock and open the door to these non-invasive healing modalities.
Wendy’s Bio: After 21 years of working as a certified pharmacy tech and my son’s autism diagnosis, I went in the opposite direction for natural and alternative healing. As a facilitator and conduit of healing, I’m utterly passionate about empowering others (and myself) to be healthy, strong, in peace;  the very best version of themselves (and myself) as possible.
