Want to know how it all began? How I started working with Crystals

Transcript of the video:

First, I want to tell you about a couple of things.

A lot of you ask me about crystal skulls.

We actually get pretty in-depth into that in my Advanced Crystal Master Course. A magazine that I subscribe to Rock & Gem, in its August 2014 issue, had a really good article on crystal skulls called Art or Artifacts.

They tried to keep it relatively based in fact so that you can get a good overview as far as what’s what with the crystal skulls (giving you the facts) & then you can make up your mind from there. So, I thought that was a good article & I wanted to bring that up and tell you about that.

Then there’s the gem shows! The Tucson Gem Show is held every year in the end of January-February. There are some great online resources for the Tucson Gem and Mineral Fossil Showcase. They always have different things that are happening.

Sometimes the major places, the meeting spots move from spot to spot, but generally around all of Tucson; there are Gem Shows happening all over the place. And if … Read More

Sparkly Ideas for Using Crystals with Children

Hola! Crystal Blessings Everyone!

Today we are going to talk about…

& I’m so excited about this one, because I get asked about this a lot, and it’s one of my favorite subjects to talk about, it’s:

Crystals for Children

Sometimes I’m asked what crystals are good for kids to bring with them to school, to calm down their energy because sometimes, some  children have a lot more energy than others.

I don’t feel like it’s a big problem (having been a former teacher myself).  Some environments welcome that wild energy and some environments don’t. This “higher” energy may be more evident if your child is an indigo child. They have a different way of viewing &interacting in the world than how our traditional school system is really setup, right?

SIDENOTE: Here’s a great book that I recommend if you’d like to learn more about indigo children:

Some teachers out in the field nowadays have a solid understanding of the whole indigo child thing (we’re headed in the right direction at least)…and they’re on board & realize that there is more than one way to behave … Read More

*snicker, snicker*

Sexy? YES! B/c squeaky clean balanced chakras are sexy. Yes INDEEDY!!

There are so many of ways to invite sexy health & vitality into our bodies & on several different levels: emotional, physical & spiritual. So, how about a novel way of working with your chakras? Hmmmmm?

chakra crystal healing

I love using crystals to work with the energy of our chakras. Yeah, yeah…most of us know that crystal healing involves working with crystals & the chakras in a physical way, but I’d like to present a slightly different way here today.

Several years ago I actually had a student who created a chakra crystal grid!

Now, I’m the self-proclaimed Queen of Crystal Grids…but this was new to me. I had never thought of doing this before! BTW, I’m always so grateful to my students for teaching me so much. It’s through their eyes & minds that I become a better teacher…but I digress!

So I thought this was a wonderful idea. (She was kind enough to allow me to share this photo over the years of her lovely solar plexus crystal grid):

Working with Crystal Grids

Today I wanted to tackle a few common questions I get frequently asked about Working with Crystal Grids…and “Thank You” to AnnMarie for submitting these great ones:

  • How long should you leave a crystal grid up for?

  • Is OK to move a crystal grid?

  • What would happen if you DID move a crystal grid?

Now, if you’re a total NEWB to all this Crystal Grid stuff, you may want to hop over here & read my blog post article here first…then be sure to hop on back here. 😉

Reason is that, in this video I discuss some aspects of working with a crystal grid that you may want some background info on.

So, do we have to have a grid up for a certain amount of time?

And does it always need to stay in the same place, un-touched?

Go ahead & watch the featured video & you’ll get those answers, Lima Bean!

Working with Crystal Grids

And, as I stated in the video, hey…I just so happened to have written a book on this subject:
